Ana Kournikova owned a condo in that colorful video, I ran into her once in the elevator while visiting a friend. That's the closest I'll ever get Enrique Iglesias :(

I think you can tell from the sidewalk design. I don't want to ruin it for anyone, but I have the answer if anyone wants it.

Guess the city?

Well, a clue is the "Libre" in the window of the cab, which is french for "Free". The big buildings are all limited to 6 stories, which was a limitation by law in Paris, but the style was imitated in other cities, so could it equally well be Brussels, Lyon or Marseilles.

Most of the buildings in the background are 8 stories. Libre also means free in Castilian and Catalán, so I’m thinking Madrid or even Valencia. It really has more of a Spanish vibe, especially since I see “Via” on one of the signs. And, the taxis look like Seats.

actually free as in for free in Catalan and Valencian is gratuït and free as in freedom in those languages is lliure. One more thing is easy to confuse libro (book in Spanish) with libre (book in Catalan and Valencian.
