Well, I disagree. There is casual use of Meth. I casually partied in my first years here in the States. Three times. I never felt the need to become an habitual user. The last time I did not even realized I was high until I stopped fucking and noticed my knees were bleeding (after hours of doggy fucking a guy on a rough carpet). Shitty. It is just a stupid drug. And lethal if you get addicted.

I'm very glad. You are among the 1% lucky. I've never accepted it when offered but I think I was once poisoned and even though I felt the rush and all that shit that is supposed to feel great I knew that was NOT me so I panicked, thought I was going to die, and I think the substance just worsened the paranoia. I think my entire system was shooting down and I couldn't function properly for a week. Luckily a good friend helped me to detox with gallons of water, vitamins and some medication (he's a nurse). Sadly, I have seen who changed forever after the first hit. Some of them are not longer alive.

I was disappointed myself, at first, but then almost immediately felt disappointed — and ashamed — at my own disappointment. So glad he's doing better.  I knew him in the mid 90's in the Columbus gayborhood before he did porn, he was such a nice kind guy back then.  I think he looks better now than he did 20+ years ago.  And I think his BF is very cute and hopefully he's helping with Greg's recovery.

I either didn't know or had forgotten that there was a Columbus connection with him.  Of course, I didn't move to the area until 1999, so maybe that explains it.

He just never did it for me face wise, even in his heyday. But the industry and its demons have certainly taken its toll on him. Most of his scene partners were always hot.
