Having worked in Hollywood for many years and meeting many "stars", I'd have to say that—for me—a "star" is an entertainer that I fantasize about meeting up close. As a younger member of this forum, I think the concept of a "porn star" is a bit outdated. The market is so saturated nowadays and anyone with Internet access and a cell phone can be an adult performer reshared on social media, made into gifs, etc. There are guys who are more popular than others for sure. But do we really want to bestow the honorific of "star" onto the likes of Brandon from SC?
