That's not the reason. The foreskin itself is a mucous membrane - it has glands which are openings that things can come back in through.

When I see "Ask Me" or "Anything Goes" in the Safe/BB I assume they will bareback and take them out of consideration.

I don't fuck much at all but I do have this issue. It's definitely less hard when I have a condom on. I still use one when I fuck but there have been times when I just gave up on the fucking.
