Hi Everyone and Happy New Year!

Just wanted to pose a question to our escort friends. Have you or would you consider accepting something other than cash for your time ( or maybe in exchange for some percentage of the cash cost)?

Specifically something like a VIP seat at a major concert, or dinner at 5 star restaurant, etc.?

Just curious. I've always paid cash before, but was kinda looking for someone to go to a concert with me and the seats are very expensive ($900+) and almost impossible to get.

If y'all say no - that's cool, I just wanted to put the question out there.

I mean I wouldn't necessarily say no if it's something I am interested in. Basically you'd have to open with asking if I liked or wanted the thing you are offering. Others will disagree with me here I think.

Hmm, at this point in my life, I would much more prefer the cash than the concert ticket. Outings are nice, but I can't use them to invest with.

Also I find the landlord and grocery store are awfully narrow-minded in what they will take for payment. o_O My offer of opera tickets in barter for eggs and milk hardly ever gets anywhere. :D

Last year I had a friend who gave an escort a new (only previously talked on by a little old man from Pasadena for a month of Sunday's) T-mobile non contract gold iPhone 6 for either an overnight or partial remuneration for a weekend (I forget which.). Of course this was discussed with the escort beforehand, and this was acceptable. His current phone at the time being on the old side. There were no sudden surprises.

Oh well.....I'll probably just attend the concert alone and perhaps hire someone afterwards.

i am sure an escort would go with you, but the ticket is just part of the deal not the entire deal. If it is something he might like to attend, you might even get him to throw in his time for the concert and payment for a session. No way you will get the company to the concert and a freebie afterwards. For that you would have to ask someone out on a date

Not me. I only accept cash.

In my personal experience when someone wants company for an event, the ticket is offered to the companion, not sold. Also, if you want your companion to be an escort, then there is the issue of payment for his time.

I have been blessed to have accompanied some of my clients to incredible events or trips with seats and/or accommodations I would not chose to pay for on my own. I always consider myself incredibly lucky to have such opportunities, but it is still my work.

However, and this has been discussed before, some clients claim there are escorts out there who see luxurious experiences (trips, concerts or meals that they would not be able to afford on their own) as part of their payment. They claim the escort will charge a tiny fraction of what they might normally charge as long as they can enjoy such experiences.

So according to them you might get lucky. I would only recommend you to be incredibly clear about this on your first email.

Good luck, and hope you have a blast!

Posters can give you their opinion here, but only the escort you wish to hire can give you a definitive answer.

You can't pay the mortgage with Madge tickets....

Pretty much what a friend said when her company announced no raises, but extra vacation days: "I can't pay my bills with extra vacation days".

I did make the gift of a Buick Reatta automobile to an escort who was in need of transportation; although the vehicle was "old" at the time, I had kept it in "show room" condition from the day of purchase; henceforth, the escort declined to accept any money from me as a hire. Sadly, as I entertained a genuine fondness for him, he has now passed from the picture.

I remember one year my Dad's company didn't give out a Christmas Bonus. They gave out points, and you could order merchandise from a catalog with the points. I don't think my parents were overjoyed with this as they counted on the extra money

Depends on the concert and seats for the concert. If its for Madonna this month hmmm I could be persuaded lol As for in general if the item is of equal value for what I charge and it is something I need (like a hardening freezer) then we can talk about the details.

Hugs,

Greg

Would it depend on which concert? If you said:"Diana Ross" not a problem. "Willy Nelson" not so much.

Don't tell me you didn't see her when she was in Vegas! If you missed her, for shame on you Daddy! For shame! Even being as relatively young as I am, I saw here when she was in Cincinnati last summer.

Hugs,

Greg

I can trade a side of beef or veal, lamb or mutton, unprocessed wool, leather hides, and hay.

Also access to pristine high country hunting locations with trophy elk, mule deer, mountain lion, big horn sheep, white tail deer and antelope.

Access to gold medal fishing waters with rainbow and brown trout.

Just thought I would put it out there since we are talking about bartering. ;)

Probably not for everybody.
