I have never seen Taylor/ Grants postings in which he says he wont take clients who don't meet certain requirement. And if I did - I would not hire him. I totally understand your anger about being discriminating. It's never acceptable,

He is the one and only escort ever to ask me my weight when trying to make a booking, under the guise of "my table can only accommodate so much weight". When I told him he asked for a photo. Listen- 250lbs is 250lbs as far as your table is concerned. I could be a massive bodybuilder or fat slug- the table can't tell the difference. I declined to send the photo, and took my $$$ elsewhere.

 

Ironically I ran into him in WEHo a few days later. I knew who he was, he obviously had no idea who I was. He was nice, but he definitely looks much older in person.

Had an amazing massage from him like 5 years ago before I knew he didn't want overweight, hairy guys on his table. I'm overweight and hairy yet he treated me really well and the massage and MT HE was amazing. But after I saw his disclaimer I never went back. Weird. Very Weird.

I agree—had a pretty decent time with him twice but about 3-4 years ago. Nice guy, quiet, hot body and I found the experience to be interactive with MT and HE. We even got orally acquainted...but he charges a lot and sounds like he’s gotten flaky. Good luck!

I’m going to LA and tried to schedule. He didn’t respond to my texts initially. Then said he was busy. I gave him multiple dates and times. He ignored me thereafter. Quickly lost interest in pursuing this. Don’t get the vibe he enjoys doing this.

The truth is that EVERYONE has prejudices and that includes you all... the same archetypes that you claim he discriminates against (old, fat, hairy, Asian, etc.), are the same ones you are discriminating against.... because none of you are seeking out older, fatter, or Asian masseurs. All men are superficial and prejudicial, and it’s not fair, but sometimes you will be on the receiving end of such prejudices and sometimes you’ll be the one discriminating.

 

My very first masseur didn’t particularly like massaging black men (and he was black LOL), and I wished he would have stated that initially so I wouldn’t have wasted my money on such a bad massage... so at least give this guy credit for being honest.

 

If he’s a jerk, then everyone’s a jerk, because you all picked a classically good looking in-shape, white guy... and is shaming him for preferring what’s in his own likeness... another classically good looking, in-shape white guy....

 

Now go and find a MT, that’s a good fit for you and have fun.... because no amount of money in the world can force someone to be “into” you...

My only reasoning for posting is that he wasted my time and was rude. If he is not interested, he should tell me that instead of engaging with me then going silent. I would appreciate communication and as a paying customer that’s not a lot to expect.

It is true that discrimination comes in many forms. There have been interesting discussions on this forum regarding whether massage clients prefer their therapist to be gay or straight.

 

One guy in particular, a while back scheduled an appointment with me. But when he realized that I might be straight (I consider myself pansexual as I am intellectually and emotionally more attracted to men but physically attracted to women) he specifically stated that he wanted to cancel because he only wants a masseur that is gay to work on him. Which is totally fine by me, I never get upset if someone wants to cancel or reschedule. I work enough and am financially stable enough to the point where I really don't mind. But the experience did strike me as very interesting.... nobody likes to be discriminated against
