  1. "Subway said it is phasing out a chemical from its breads that is also found in yoga mats and shoe soles." hey! enjoy your subway..
  2. it is interesting this person only left one review on one specific person? and he has over 65 reviews on masseurfinder. And it also seems interesting the therapists/masseurs cannot respond . In over my head? no need to go there.
  3. public libraries block all adult sites. even coffee bean does .. it is much much easier on this site.. no tracking. no identities .. at all.. just sign up and boom review.. It would take a lot of friends to put up what some masseurs have. One has about 185 reviews. I have about 46 friends on FB.. lol.. cell phones would still be attached to the IP, and I don't even think they will allow reviews from cell phones, even smart phones have a MAC address all messages, client accounts, everything on M4m and masseurfinder that a client sends through, emails etc are traced and stored in their systems. so bottom line.. much easier to leave reviews here, and again, absolutely no proof of a booked appointment. but yes. a therapist could go to 185 friends' homes and write reviews.. so i guess ignore all the reviews on M4m, as well as masseurfinder everyone. they are all fake .. LOL.. only trust the reviews here.. FYI you can tell at least on M4M how many people have a history of leaving reviews.. but youd be suprised at how many people would rather leave a negative review from a bad experience, than a good one from a good experience.. This is why some people write negative reviews 1) Your success reminds them of their failure: In the Solid Self confidence program i said that most people don't like anybody to become more successful than them. Even though good people still get that feeling still they don't let it control them. Unstable ones on the other hand let that feeling take over them and they might give you negative reviews just to prevent you from succeeding. (see also Why success will make you enemies) 2) Feeling worthless: People who are in your same industry and who aren't doing as well as you might feel worthless when they see you making it to the top and so they might give you negative reviews, and even believe in them, just to protect their self esteem 3) Jealousy of your success: I have witnessed many cases where people who didn't try a product gave it a negative review just because they were too jealous of the person selling it. By the way a negative comment or harsh face to face criticism is also considered one type of negative reviews 4) Because you are happy with it: Mean people feel bad when they see someone feeling happy or proud. This is why people who are proud with their products the most get the most negative reviews 5) To feel important or in control: So many people who don't have enough self esteem try to control others in order to feel good about themselves. By controlling the result somewhere else they can feel in control of their lives even if that feeling lasts for few minutes that is coming from a psychology website so if you dont realize that actually happens
  4. I gotcha I actually have hired escorts before, from reading reviews here, and happened upon the thread about him. and just posting my thoughts. I have written reviews, but only on the sites they appear. I thought I would pop in and offer my opinions coming from a view point as a therapist, who had a good session with another. I just had a good experience. M4M and masseurfinder all track IP addresses and MAC addresses, a MAC address is the address specific to a computer. so therapists themselves cannot write their own reviews. Not sure if you knew that or not.. even if someone has been on here a long time, it does not prove they had a booked appointment...
  5. I saw Grant a few days ago. I am in great shape, but I am 3/4 Chinese. he was very friendly, and quiet. so not sure what you mean by "personality" which would be hard to gauge after 2 massage appointments. sometimes masseurs talk, sometimes they don't and maybe he was in a relationship or dating someone? when you were draped? seems to me you think you know a lot about him. are you even a client or just a person trolling threads?
  6. "In a recent court ruling, a Virginia cleaning business successfully sued Yelp, forcing them to provide the identity of reviewers who had provided disparaging remarks. The business owner had requested the names of the reviewers to determine if they were real customers. The court ruled that the reviewers were not protected by freedom of speech laws if it could be proven that they were not customers of the business. This is a potentially significant case for review sites, and one that could protect companies from false claims made by competitors or others seeking revenge." my point is.. who knows if the original post is by a real client, an ex who felt jilted, or a jealous person.. or a bad client.. who was drunk etc.. there are clients out there who really should be in therapy, rather than seeing a massage therapist. and trolling sites maybe I did not go about saying what I meant to say in the right way, but come clients think they can just come into a person's home and act like a "douche bag. " and taking a job on does not mean therapists should act like a doormat for other's problems
  7. I actually had an amazing experience with Grant recently, that being said, there should be a place for masseurs to review clients. I am a masseur as well, and most of the time I do not know who is going to show up. Is the person clean? Is the person going to kill me? lol Would you want to massage you? ask yourself that question and then think about how the masseurs must feel when you show up to the door. If the chemistry is not right, it can end badly for both parties involved. Some clients are not clean, are not friendly, and can easily hide behind their computers, with no photos, no number. Masseurs put themselves out there, and can be victims of bad customers, who are rude, insensitive, and aggressive. The saying "The customer is always right" is not always the case.
