No one has ever asked me for a loan and if one did, it would have to be someone I trusted  and had seen many many times before I’d even consider giving him anything.  Even then, I’m not sure I’d give him anything. To me, asking for money crosses a line that shouldn’t be crossed.

Oh trust me…those criteria can still go south quickly.

But if you do, get a signed note, legal address, SSN and Birthdate so you can sue and enter the judgment to credit reporting agencies

Without the continual generosity of one Client/Friend in particular, no loans just frequent $-help, my life would have been entirely different in a very shitty way.  I frequently let him know how grateful I am.  There was another, also a big help to be sure.  Escorting for me was not a big money maker.  Not at all. Without the gifts, I actually would have had to work!

I've never been ask so clearly none of them think I am sitting on a mound of cash and if one did I would say no. I find it very odd/suspect that someone would ask their client/customer for money. Do they not have anyone else in their life that they have a closer relationship with - a friend, a family member? Asking a client for money to cover personal expenses is not not something that I would do.

This is an interesting topic. I have helped sugar babies obviously. And other providers who I have gained their trust and I know are being honest.

I have extra money and I’m willing to help a struggling male model if they are doing the right thing. It’s hard to know in this industry fraught with drugs and other problems if they are telling the truth. I would say just don’t be stupid and naive and that people lie.

I’ve “loaned” or “given in advance” modest amounts but I wouldn’t ever think about loaning an amount that would necessitate those considerations. I’ve never given more than I would realistically be bothered to lose.

I feel it takes some nerve to ask you for money instead of going a loan center route if they are short on cash. However, if they reach out for you to see them for the purpose seeing them is for (escorting) in the first place more often, that's reasonable.

Asking to begin with means they aren't responsible enough with the money they are already getting, and they shouldn't have it become your responsibility to know it's likely never going to be returned if you offer "help". This is really no different than convicted criminals - most people in jail aren't there only once, and never again. Once you give, there's almost no chance you won't be asked to give again. I'm sorry these guys think of you as an ATM.

Sex workers often cannot qualify to get a loan, or even unemployment and other welfare services. 🙄

I would work something out like give him an advance on his services that I should get for free until the debt is paid.

Even if it's for family, only lend, or even invest, in what you can afford to lose.

I would have a serious talk with clients that I know very well and have known for years, if I needed to.

I would at least work out a payment plan or give them a number of free services.

I still remember what Heidi Fleiss would say about her ladies being taken care of.

If you really like and enjoy your providers/masseurs and want them to stay in business then you'd at least consider trying to help them, unless you'd like to be back on the carousel trying out new providers.

It's a bit harsh to say people who are irresponsible with money - and this is a large group and by no means confined to providers - are "really no different than common criminals."  You can loan/give them money or not, as you wish, but don't need to be so judgey about it.
