*18 to 20 yr old providers

Exploring a dad son kink recently and was wondering if you all could recommend any US based (US raised probably) providers who look under 21. As long as they are over 18, their actual age doesn't matter.  Age shaving is fine as long as the look the part. Looking for providers who were "a good boy" for you. Thanks!

A city would help with the suggestions

This is not an age range that I would consider and I don't have any recommendations.  Depending on where you live or are seeking to hire, I would search for twinks on rentmen.  You are just hiring an illusion, after all.

In any event, be very careful.  I would insist to see valid ID to make sure the provider is of legal age.  You can get into serious trouble if you don't.

Not sure how I'd go about seeing valid ID, but in California at least actual and reasonable belief that the person is over 18 is a defense if they turn out to be younger. The hiring part is actual the more illegal thing.  But I guess most of us on here are law breakers.

Solicitation of a minor in California can be a felony or a misdemeanor depending on the circumstances. Not just the standard misdemeanor which is the case for hiring an adult.  While it is true that belief that a person is 18 or over may be a defense for solicitation of a minor, the burden would be on the defendant to demonstrate this to a jury.

You are not sure about how you would go about that?  Just ask to see the ID before you do anything.  

As @rickster mentioned, you could be the defendant in a case like this.  You really want to be a defendant?

Luckily, it's not an affirmative defense in California. Meaning the accused doesn't bear the burden of production or proof. Innocent until proven guilty baby! Gotta love at least that part of this 250 yr old country.

Then you walk away.

Yes, you are innocent until proven guilty.  In the meantime, you were arrested, you spend a horrible time in a cell until you see a judge, you could get bailed out or not, the press gets wind of it and writes you up, your friends, family and neighbors shun you, the HR of the company you work for fires you, you spend thousands of dollars on lawyers.  And that is the best case scenario.

Nothing is worth that sort of aggravation.

Ok dude.  Then don’t ask for the proof of age…take the chance and make your stand against fascism. 😑

another option is fly them to you.  You need to have personal ID info to buy the ticket.  I’ve done this with all but one guy.

Exactly. You have to act to protect yourself - no one else is going to do it. Make it clear that it isn't happening without the ID, and then it's up to them.

14-16 is the age of consent in most European countries. Personally I set the bar at 18.
