Beware!!

I was a few minutes late letting him in to my place. Session was fine, used one of the “machine guns” on me.

While I stepped into the bathroom, he took my VCA on the desk. Only noticed after and when I messaged him to confront, no response. Avoid at all costs.

1. What's a VCA?

2. Depending on one's perspective, your post is likely to be ignored by many here since you signed up only a few hours ago just to post this.  Because you have no posting history here, we don't know if you have a history of hiring guys and are offering a fair report of something that happened or you are simply someone who wants to interfere with this guy's business.

Have hired Vincenzo a few times including recently in Boston, and this seems rather uncharacteristic based on my experiences with him.
Also same question, what is vca?

I was also curious about a VCA.  The following is a definition I Googled that might fit:

A "VCA item" refers to a piece of jewelry from the luxury brand Van Cleef & Arpels, often known by the abbreviation "VCA". These are high-end items like necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, famous for iconic designs such as the Alhambra collection, and are known for their intricate craftsmanship and use of precious materials like 18k gold.

To clarify, the item in question was a Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra bracelet. I’ve never had a reason to post on this site before, so I signed up solely to share what happened and hopefully prevent someone else from having the same experience.

I’m not trying to interfere with this guy’s business. I can see he has plenty of good reviews, and this may well be a one-off situation. But it did happen, and I’ll admit part of it was my mistake for leaving something valuable out. The positive feedback here probably made me let my guard down a bit, which is why I thought it was worth mentioning.

Hmmm...

Why did you leave a "VCA" on your desk?

Why did you expect us to know what a "VCA" is?

And why be disingenuous and say "I'm not trying to interfere with this guy's business" when your initial post says "Avoid at all costs"? That certainly seems to fit the definition of interfering with the guy's business, doesn't it?

Well you did leave a shiny, expensive bracelet in plain sight so that was on you. However, stealing is a crime so why don’t you get the authorities involved? “Petty” theft doesn’t seem to be high of their priority list these days but at least give it a shot. Or at least tell the masseur you’re filing a police report and see if he responds then.
