If you think your services are worth more than your quoted price, why not raise it? I'm more likely to tip someone I've seen more than once, especially if it's over a few months or more than a year, since they generally don't raise their rates. But when someone sets their own price and keeps it all, a tip seems unnecessary. I'm also more likely to tip someone who charges a lower rate ($350/hour) than someone who charges $500/hour. The latter, I'm hard-pressed to consider hiring, as my experience is that providers charging that much tend to be less skilled and less fun than those in the $300-$400 range.

the question asked was 'do providers prefer a nice time, or a nice tip'. not whether tips are good/bad/worthy.

You didn't answer my question. And you're not a moderator, so buzz off.

If you quote my comment I am going to reply.  I don't have to 'answer your question' because it was completely irrelevant to the discussion.

unless you are paying me, don't tell me what to do.

It’s funny how some people have a problem with me tipping my providers for what I consider to be good service but my providers seem to appreciate it cause they are always down to connect with me and often give me a nice break on the rate cause they know they’re going to get extra if they make a bitch happy and i aint remotely mad about that

To be fair, the counterpoint to enjoyment might warrant “combat pay” in which case I would expect that the base price would be increased for the second visit….tip or no tip

Hey, hey ... No one is mad about you tipping 😘

But I never really go into an appointment thinking 'this person will probably tip me well.' If you're meeting with the same provider a second time, though, it's like you're starting to become a regular. Regulars get VIP treatment for sure. I know I'm repeating myself here, but it really matters way more than a tip.

100% true.  The guys I hire over again treat me like a VIP.  Better every session!

Treat them well and you get it back 10 fold.

I never expect something more then what I agree with my clients. But always like to make them very happy and of course if they are happy they will give u something more. But if he is seeing u more than once and spending some good money already with u. I feel pleasure bc he could choice other guy and he rather to be with me.
If I am seeing someone more than once I always treat him better, and I always do a good agreement for both. Is not just about money, is about quality time. But of course i love when the guy give me more then I ask. I normally hate to ask for the things i like to feel that my client really care with me.

i was talking with my client other day that i am going to meet soon and I asked u can help me with this flight has the best price but is not direct and he said for me “buy the direct flight don’t worry.”.

That is a nice thing. I love when the guy make me feel valuable. And this attitude make me treat him much better and special. Bc I hate when some client make me feel cheap.

Agreed 💯 which is why I now only hire those who clearly care about actually making their clients happy, building their stable and continually upping their game. I’m so impressed with my current master and how he has realized his original commitment to continuous improvement over the past few years which is why I stick with him consistently now and am grateful to have him.
