In a situation where more than one provider is hired and the provider rate is not equal amongst them, do you

- Pay the rate each provider quoted

- Ask the provider(s) with the higher rate to consider lowering their rate to match the rate of the other provider(s)

- Increase the rate of the lower provider(s) to match the rate of the higher provider(s)

When i've hired multiple providers at once. So far it's always been they all got an equal rate based on the rate of the main provider i was in initial contact with. I hired 3 guys for a 6 hand massage before. There was a main guy who i contacted through his solo page which directly mentioned he had 2 friends available for 4 or 6 hand massage he was working with (both of whom also had their own individual ads linked). The total i paid was just the main guys solo rate times 3. I paid the main guy the total and he gave the other two their share, mainly just so i didn't have to do 3 different CashApp transactions. All three of them were doing this while in the same city together. So it seemed which ever of the guys got the initial contact was the one who set the group rate, but i'd guess regardless they were all charging the same solo rate anyway to not undercut each other since they're friends.

If i was hiring multiple guys independently of each other, just for simplicity sake, i probably would still offer an equal split. Just whatever the average I'm used to paying is (which in my city is 300-400, so somewhere around there) times 3 or however many i was hiring and they could take it or leave it for one of the slots in the group. I wouldn't bother negotiating separate rates with the individual guys because i would just assume they'd talk with each other and the two getting less would likely want what the guy getting the most was getting. So i feel like why not just skip that part lol. And paying them unevenly wouldn't feel right to me anyway.

I usually charge my rate x2, x3, etc. I work this agreement out ahead of time with the providers I am coordinating to join for 4-hand and for group play sessions. Charging a consistent rate makes it easier for everyone and there are no negative feelings about getting paid less than someone else to do the same job.

Some clients prefer to pay each provider directly rather than the usual format of paying me and I distribute. Paying each guy directly works nicely for when the guys are charging different rates. Nobody has to know who is getting paid what. The guys may still ask (and tell) one another, but not always. Labeled envelopes are good for distributing cash to each provider quickly and discreetly. Digital payments are more of a hassle in this regard.

One of the guys I work with charges a $50/hr premium to participate in groups or to see a client couple. His regular rate is the same as mine and the other guys joining, but he was unwilling to do the job without the premium. Kind of a prima donna attitude, but it happens sometimes. I didn’t make a big deal of this with the other providers. I knew because I was coordinating the session, but nobody else did, and it was smooth sailing.

It doesn’t bother me whatsoever that someone is charging less or more than me. Everyone is getting paid their respective rates. As long as the client is happy with what he is paying and each provider is happy with what he is receiving, all is well. Others may have more of a grumbling spirit over rate differences, but not me. As long as the client pays me my rate, I’m good.

I have done this before, and usually I work with one provider who coordinates with all the others. In some instances the rate would be the same for all.  In other instances there was has been a slight difference in rates.  The coordinator leaves it up to me to determine whether or not I’m willing to pay their individual rate

I put each payment in an envelope with their name on it and leave it up to him to hand out.   In some instances I do.   If the organisation took extra time and if coordination was more complicated  for the coordinating provider  I usually increase their rate a bit to cover their time and  efforts to bring the group together.
