canned salmon

anyone have reciipe they like for using up canned salmon.  I already know about

-using it in sandwiches just like canned tuna

-fried salmon patties

-salmon croquettes

I like it in a salad with other ingredients. I buy the good stuff from British Columbia. Not cheap but tastes great.

Another recipe which I use from time to time is canned salmon mixed with cream of mushroom soup heated and poured over toast. Can add peas if desired.

Over toast sounds good.  i have not had this in a long time.  thank you.

I use it in a cold pasta. 

Torn spinach leaves, green onion or shallots, chopped capers, diced celery for crunch, a thinned mayo/yogurt dressing and a ton of fresh chopped dill.
