In defense of the OP, I think many of these answers have distorted the obvious meaning of his original post and his later attempt at clarification: "Who was available as a provider at some time in your lifetime whom you did not hire because of lack of funds, but if you could return to that time now with virtually limitless money, whom would you hire?" It was not a question about who in history would you pay any amount to induce him to have sex with you. That is worth a separate topic.

I get the question, but when I was younger, I didn't know much about online providers, nor did I need to look them up. The closest I can think of is an Eastern European twink who was a popular porn star in movies my friends and I watched in college.

If I could go back in time with the same libido I had when I entered puberty, I'd probably rent all the New Kids on the Block and the entire male cast of Baywatch. Toss in Mario Lopez too.

EDIT: There is a now-retired escort (retired less than 5 years ago). Ugandan. He's an influencer now, but no longer meets up. I'd hire him up as a "personal trainer" and set him up in a nearby condo....
