Polenta is poorly made cornbread. I love Polenta. Dont like grits at all. Just a matter of taste...and/or sometimes what people grow up with. Growing up we didnt eat either...so it was up to me to decide what tasted better. There's a lot of terrible food put there that people love simply because it brings fond memories of home.
