I found myself with a surprise couple hours free this evening and it would have been the perfect time to hire, but it’s so hot outside that I am very uncomfortable and not “in the mood” (despite drooling over some sexy guys out and about).
Has anyone else noticed a correlation between the weather (other than obvious situations like a blizzard impacting transportation) and hiring habits?

When it’s hot I probably wouldn’t want to hire, especially if I have to drive somewhere.  I don’t want sweat and body odor to impact my session but they invariably will if I’m sitting in a car and can’t shower before the session.  Sometimes I take cleansing wipes to rub critical areas down before my session if heat is a factor.  Heat or cold don’t stop me from hiring but heat definitely causes me to take a few extra steps.

Here's some hiring observations related to snowy weather:

When it comes to heat, if you're traveling to a provider, ask if you can shower upon arrival. I did this last week and it was no problem. If you've previously showered, you just need to rinse off the sweat. If they're coming to you, offer them a shower.

I have done this a few times- even better when the provider joins me 😈

I have a provider who cancels when it's "too windy". It messes up his hair I guess?

Depending on the location, winds can aggravate one's allergies.  I have called in sick to work because of the wind, but added "allergies" to the explanation.  Being out of the house during one windy day during pollen season can trigger my sinuses for weeks, making life miserable.
