+ Orin Posted June 29 Posted June 29 Excessive sodium intake can damage the kidneys, so they tell you to keep it under 2,000-2,400 mg a day. That suggested using potassium chloride instead, except some physicians also warn on that. So I avoid or reduce salt on and in foods as possible, and use a mix of NaCl and KCl when necessary.
