A couple of observations.
First, the photos are almost all 6-8 years old. To be more precise, they were posted 6-8 years ago. they may be even older than that.
Second, he may be fudging his age a bit. Russ has been a RM member since August, 2015. Russ' stated age is 30 yo. Is it possible that he started as an escort when he was only 21?
Finally, he may no longer be in Brooklyn. There is nothing in his BIO that indicates Brooklyn. And his MapMe location places him at the generic City Hall area.

If the ad is real, and Russ looks anywhere near what he looked like when those pics were taken, then he is going on Bozo's bucket list.
