Providers leaving RM

I’ve noticed a lot of providers leaving RM and going  to only fans more often. Does anyone know why that may be?

I assume it's because they can make more money posting pics and collaborations with other onlyfans guys.  That way they can have sex with who they want and have a lot more men paying a smaller amount of $ to watch instead of taking what comes their way via RM.  It's about volume.  You have to be careful with wording if you message anyone on onlyfans.  You can't use words like "meet" or "escort".  I'd love to meet a couple of the onlyfans guys I follow but not sure how to word it or if they would even be interested.

I see .  I see two guys from rm and one of them said he’s deleting RM because only fans is less stressful

I agree with @DGHouIt’s possible to make a lot more money on OF, for less work. Especially once you have a catalogue of content on the platform. You can post a couple of videos over a month and your subscriber income could be thousands or tens of thousands, depending on how popular you are. These videos are shot in one day, with collaborators you like and then you might spend a few hours editing them.  

I pay a guy to edit and film some of my videos because I don’t have the interest or time to do the editing. I like the client work though so I prefer to keep both in person client work and the filming but I can easily see how for some popular guys the Onlyfans model is preferable. They also tend to travel a lot doing collaborations across the world so that makes it difficult to see clients in person.

During the pandemic the porn industry exploded with OnlyFans and Justforfans. It’s  definitely heavily reduced the number of providers who would have escorted in the past.  The days of available porn stars are long over. Even if they might consider escorting they charge inflated rates.  I have been given quotes of 700 to 1500 for an hour if not more.  
I get it.  You can make way more money in this platform than traditional escorting.

Yeah, it’s just sad to see less and less people on rm now, but I understand why. Just a little upset that one guy I see is taking his rm down. I haven’t asked , but I don’t know if that means he’s not seeing any of his  clients  once deleted .

Weird I've been seeing a lot more ads lately, a lot of newcomers. In my area - no idea about the other markets.

Noticing RM absence of prior hires. If you’ve seen them already, I’d reach out via text if number saved.
If they’re only seeing longtime regular$$ in addition to content creation, the parade may have passed us by.

If you guys have a good rapport doesn't hurt to ask if he will still see regular clients. It's pretty normal for some providers to still see regulars, word-of-mouth clients despite stepping away from Rentmen. 

But to answer your original question, with the boom of content creator fan sites, a lot of providers have transitioned to that. And you can't blame them, less headaches, better money if done right, and the experience is more enjoyable.

I have seen a little uptick in ads as well. The summer months is when Buffalo gets the biggest influx of visitors naturally. But the quality seems so much inferior compared to pre pandemic times. There seemed to be so many adult movie actors all over rentmen back then but just not the same now. Now it's so many guys that I would hookup for free with on grindr but no way am I paying. Stinks!

I am hoping for an uptick in twinks and jocks advertising.  I will certainly not pay for an onlyfans porn show from anyone.  Plenty of decent free porn on the internet already.
