I typically refrain from doing so at all on OF, due to the risk of the performer and you being banned permanently. Even mentioning a phone number or other medium of communication can trigger OF moderator inspection of the conversation.

Maybe you won’t be unlucky in your attempt. But make sure you have searched all other avenues through which you could contact them first.

It's not only frowned upon, it's against OF terms. If the guy has JustFor.fans (JFF), you can ask it there. If the guy doesn't have OF, you could ask "Do you do collabs with generous fans?".

If you say "Do you do meet-ups?" the message will be flagged. I've had OF gents and it's worked say to me you have to say somethng like "m&*t-ups" or other characters. So yes some words and phrases will get message deleted and if repetitive than peeps can lose privileges on the platform. I haven't done it in prolly a year but the use of random characters used to be able to not get filtered. I'm sure other words, catch phrases, dollar signs potentially etc.. can get flagged and ultimately banned but sometimes simple work arounds can work.
