It wasn't a big deposit and he was traveling far and was supposed to book the hotel. I thought a small percent was fair and all was going well. I don't know what he was thinking doing what he did. He seems like a really nice kid now that we have been chatting. We set up a new meeting April 3rd. I fully expect it will go well and be a fantastic time. Fingers crossed.
