Any of you guys do a Leonardo DiCaprio (or reverse Leo) when hiring?

The absolute hardest part of hiring for me, for years, was not befriending every hire I invited into my space. Thankfully I eventually learned how to avoid that pitfall. I’m hiring you for an hour or two, set in advance. Then, you GOTS to go.

That's one of the biggest advantages in hiring - it's a self-limiting relationship.

Never under 40. I had in the past hired as young as 29, but I prefer men over boys. As I’ve gotten older, 30yr olds still seem like boys these days.

I guess I’m more of a DiCaprio kinda guy. I tend to hire much younger than me. I’m early 40s but I lean more to 18 to early 30s when I hire.
