How could you tell this escort is PNP? His profile doesn't say he participates in it. And none of the pictures in his profile show "meth teeth" or bloodshot eyes, so I'm just curious what am I missing?

For me, the main sign is that someone looks older than his biological age.  I'm not talking about early hair loss -- some guys start going bald in their twenties.  But if someone's face has lost all youthful appearance and he's supposedly still in his twenties, I assume it's because he's more interested in using drugs than eating and sleeping right.
