The charges won't be serious and there won't be any jail time.  The Capital Police have said they are aware, but there are higher priorities.  I'm told he was warned about his online presence by his boss recently, before getting a promotion and went quiet for a while.  Anyway, not the first person to be screwed in the Senate Judiciary Committee room and certainly not the last, but at least he seemed to enjoy it.  I wonder if we can get a Senate Resolution commending him for the way he took that piece of meat!  Like a pro!!
