The problem that always occurs to me-and I'm not just talking about escorts here, but also casual non-paid encounters or even people you know on a more regular basis - is that even if someone is on their medicine -how do you know they are taking it regularly-didn't miss any doses-or that maybe they have for whatever reason-a short period of out of suppression viremia. I guess the smartest answer is -"You never really know. ".
