Trimex, could I be wrong?

There is a provider advertising currently on rentmen in California stating that he has Trimex available.

Could I be wrong in believing all that I have read about Trimex and that it must be injected directly into the penis for it to work and make the penis hard?

I am thinking that any client that would engage a rentmen provider and allow such provider to inject Trimex into his penis is irresponsible or absolutely crazy.

Here is a portion of the provider's ad where it offers Trimex:

Well, the name is TRIMIX, not TRIMEX. Since I obsess over my personal safety, I wouldn't be comfortable trusting anyone providing me with something that I'm supposed to inject in my system without a prescription and without knowing where or how that came into his possession. Second, as a combination drug, it is still not approved by the FDA, which to me (depending on the drug), is a warning around safety of use. Hard pass for me.

It's by Rx only and no sane person would give it to someone that doesn't have an Rx and green light from a physician. I'm not certain but it seems to me that the provider is simply stating he has access to it and is willing to use it during his sessions.

I don't know anything about this drug, but Wikipedia says that there is also a gel that can be applied topically.  Perhaps that's what he has?

No, trimix and caverject are just two of various sub cavernous  injectable  agents..

The Wikipedia article has a citation for topical application of Trimix.

For Edex as well. As a photographer and model, none of it is new to me and I thankfully I have a very candid relationship with my urologist, no secrets 🙏🏽

You do make a good point, but to me, based on what and how it's written, doesn't seem to be specific about him offering it to the client or mentioning that it's for personal use.

Lots of escorts use Trimix. If the guy still has a hard on after cumming he most likely uses Trimix. With Trimix you can stay hard for up to 6 hours. It is an RX med that you can easily and legally get prescribed by a real doctor through an online pharmacy. I’m not generalizing but people that party, use Trimix because the drugs affect their ability to get hard. I’m not only talking about escorts but regular guys use it for that reason too.

It's used for the exact same reason anyone would take cialis or viagra it's just more reliable and fail proof.

It may be fail proof but it is not fool proof.  As with any injection, you need to use sterile technique and be aware of side effects such as penile pain (usually transient), infection (from less than optimal sterile technique), bleeding, bruising and hematoma formation. If you use incorrect technique, you may not achieve an erection.  Injecting into or through a vein should be avoided.

In addition, priapism, a prolonged erection time when the penis can become painful and if left untreated, can result in impotence.  This is also a side effect of Viagra, Levitra and Cialis.  The usual length of time considered safe for a medically induced erection is three to four hours.  Significant damage does not usually happen until six to eight hours.  A warm bath may help the erection become soft again.  Orgasm does not necessarily do so.  If the erection is prolonged and painful, warm compresses and a trip to the ER where an injection can remove some of the blood from the penis, or a medication can be given to counteract the effects.  Rarely, a surgical ;procedure may needed to be done if the other methods have not worked and there is a concern for long term tissue damage.

Granted these side effects are rare and can also be seen with oral agents, but you should be aware of what they are and how to deal with them if they occur.

Seems like the bottom line is that thigs, including this type of drugs, should never be abused or used without the supervision of a spoecialized medical professional.

As a teenager I felt like I had a 24/7 erection, so I wonder if the 4-hour benchmark applies to men of certain age.

How you remember it and the truth are not always the same thing, especially when erections are involved. actuality 🍆 vs memory 🍆

Great stuff for sure. it has be refrigerated. Even when it's refrigerated, it seems to go off if not used within a couple of months.

Here is a note from my urologist on The gel
Doesn’t work. Not practical or cost effective because such a small percentage of the applied medication gets absorbed transdermally. Believe me, I would be offering it to patients long ago if it did work.

I'm willing to bet Ryan Rose was not on a doctor's care and oversight when he used trimix and caused damage. If he injected into the head of his penis (which the bruising and discharge looks like)....NO doctor would tell him that. Trimix gets injected at.the base of the penis.

I have been using this type of mix for many years. There are many strengths and blends. Guess wrong and you could have "blowout!" Believe Purplkow! He is correct!
