Doesn't give oral, top, or bottom. Kissing "maybe" but then agreed OK. Even messaged me "hey I'm in your area..." When he was nearby. Fast forward to now...messaging slow/delayed. No replies to 2-3 suggested meeting times. When we finally connected, he asks "what rate did I quote you?" I reminded him 300. He replies "my rate is now 500 minimum, and no kissing". So less offered and 2/3 increase in rate. He says "clients pay that". Not this client!
