I am guessing the downtown City Hall area is a default location if the provider elects not to specify a location.
However, i this case, TallLongwood made it a point to specify Brooklyn in his ad. So I find it strange that he would use the default City Hall location.

Met with TallLongwood last night.

Definitely a major highlight from my recent bookings and an automatic regular for however long he decides to stay with this. Super nice, chill and like @Strafe13 we ended up chatting a bit before I called him an Uber home. The name is fitting...phew. Wish I didn't waste my time (and money) on some of the other providers I've seen recently and instead just booked TLW all those times.
