"Hangover horn" is real for some people.  I think it relates to generalized anxiety that can be a symptom (among many) of alcohol withdrawal.

A teetotaller spared hangover, I’d only notice a hung honey of a hunk hanging out hanging over and under.

It seems opposite to me that why I have stopped drinking. I got incredibly hard erection after eating shell food (oysters/clams etc) the night before though. 😂
