Do providers have an option to not be listed?

They can ask for photos not to be included. Those are protected by the DMCA.

However just letting someone “opt out” defeats the premise of a review site. If they don’t like what is said, they just say “I don’t wanna be listed”.

We see it happen quite a bit already from just the forum posts discussing people.

Regarding the concept of "extras"...  I have to be careful with those fields.  We don't want to get someone in trouble.

Keep it simple:

1. mt/he?

2. more?

Since this will be a review site for masseurs,  I agree "extras"  should be left for the review.  Especially,  since YMMV is really what applies.  As mentioned before, there is also the concern for protecting the masseur's license. (at least for those who have one)

I usually go into a first time session not expecting anything extra, and, sometimes that can be part of the experience for some just in discovering what will or might happen.   Listing the extras provided can set both the client and/or masseur for disappointment since the masseur can be inclined to offer different extras due to each client or situation.

As an example of putting "extras' in the review, I saw this post by @LodoB which shows how a succinct review could cover what was included:

BrandonJ - high quality massage, very sensual, erotic beyond just HE - good looking, fit, skilled - don't let absence of a face pic stop you, he's just discreet b/c professional job
https://rentmasseur.com/BrandonJ

Tristan_James - hiqh quality massage, sensual, erotic limited to HE - while erotic is limited, for me his skills, big muscles and hairy body add to the experience
https://rentmasseur.com/Tristan_James

Dann - hiqh quality massage, sensual, erotic beyond just HE - older yet still good looking, fit - is also an esthetician
https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/37362/

Joe - good quality massage, sensual, erotic beyond just HE - short, bit of a dad bod, skilled
https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/28120/

Jayden - good quality massage, sensual, erotic limited to HE - while erotic is limited, for me his giant muscles add to the experience

Not sure if this is of interest to anyone

A field for other services offered  ie

Cupping

Salt/sugar scrubs

Manscaping

Also add Thai massage as a style,  typically done on a mat, but have also received on a massage table

Another possible field as I've found masseurs also on escort sites.

Maybe a field under additional services or other areas of specialty add escort.  They typically aren't the best masseurs.

Just a thought

A simple enough answer to extras could be “n/a”

I am looking forward to some way to navigate the rates for masseurs on sites like RMasseur that simply say “ask” in the rate slot on their profiles.  I know it varies but if info could be shared as a “price range” excluding tip that would be helpful.

Personally I’m fine with details of extras being included in the review but in some instances it could be difficult for the masseur (as in where selling sexual services is against the law or where the masseur is working in a spa setting). What generally happens is clients ask me what kind of services are included in the massage and I think that works quite well.

As for the use of a table, some clients are really ok with receiving the massage on a bed. I offer to bring a table to an outcall but sometimes if the client is staying in a hotel where the room is small or they simply want to be really discreet then they prefer that I don’t bring a table. So I think it should be possible for the client to say they chose a bed or floor massage. It can still be a great sensual massage experience even if a table wasn’t used.

Always travel with a table, part of the skill...

However if they exceed weight restrictions, the bed will work.  Bed massage is not ideal, bad for the body, and bad for the masseur to really do their work effectively 😊

@RadioRob Thank you for your hard work putting the review platform together! Great base format. Here are a few input items, in no particular order of preference or importance:

1. Shower available: Y/N

2. Home city (or “primary” city?)

3. Differentiate between massage “modality” as in sports, deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, Swedish, Reiki, etc and “sensual / erotic” as a separate category altogether, however you want to label it. It’s nice to know what the masseur does apart from anything erotic or sensual. Erotic/sensual is no a replacement for a primary modality as such. The modality could be a check all that apply item.

4. Massage table: Y/N. It’s important to know this. If the answer is no, the implication is that the massage is on a bed, couch, mat/floor, and these are generally inappropriate and unprofessional ways to give a massage, although it happens frequently. Nice to know the level of professionalism and this is one of the biggest base indicators. Applies to incall or outcall, so no need to differentiate. I agree with @Jamie21

5. Previous aliases, similar comment to those in the Deli thread.

6. Rates are a touchy subject. My two cents: let the client put rate/fee info in their review content, since there are so many reasons why a rate or total “fee” may vary apples to oranges with another masseur. The client can elaborate if desired.

7. This may be unpopular, but a field to indicate how much a client tipped may be helpful to show others what is normal, or conversely, if the reviewer is not tipping, under tipping or overtipping, and the review content can support why.

8. Skill level: 1-5 stars

9. Reliability: 1-5 stars

10. Formal training: Y/N

11. Responsiveness: 1-5 stars

12. Ability to post multiple platform URLs for quick reference, such as MasseurFinder, RentMasseur, RentMen, FriendBoy, MintBoys, shared couple/collaborator profiles etc.

13. Payment methods accepted: check all that apply: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, CashApp, PayPal, etc.

14. Massage equipment (besides table): check all that apply. Theragun, hot towels, aromatherapy, candles, hot stones. A little help from others on more options would be nice. I mention theragun because some guys rely on these too heavily as a way to not actually massage the client. Why bother hiring? Some use it only as a supplement which is fine.

15. Music: 1-5 stars

16. Additional services: check all that apply. Body Scrubs. Grooming. Esthetician services (covers a fairly wide range from waxing to facials). Others help me out by adding more ideas. I do body sculpting (laser lipo) but I know that’s much less common.

17. Massage products used. Same comment as @Jamie21 but I would include a simplified drop-down list: natural oil, massage cream, massage gel, baby oil (to out the bad ones who actually use this!), and “other”.

Ive not been up to date on this thread (shame on me)

Some GREAT suggestions and great to help us make a decisions. SUPER great for newbies

I have not read every post yet but what about these suggestions for pull downs

Pressure: Light, Medium, Deep, Extra deep

Technique: 1-5 (not the same per say as skill level IMHO)

Pre-Massage encounter: pleasant, rude, non-responsive

Perhaps Masseur clothing:  Shirtless, Undies, Nude? (sorry scrolled up and that was covered - along with the allow touch Yes or NO (good call out @Dr.Daddy

Not sure if this was mentioned:  Does he match his profile pics:  Yes or No

Did you review him: Yes or No

Was massage on time or late?

Did you get the amount of time you paid for Y or N

Real massage or Rub-n-tug

Real massage or escort posting as masseur?

How about this one:  Reputation (based on posts here in this site) i.e. typically positive, negative, don;t bother, scammer etc

Once I read the post more I may have others. Great stuff though
