I'm sorry if this has already been posted.

The one- vs. two-party consent rule goes mainly to whether a tape is admissible in a court proceeding.  Although I don't know the law in your jurisdiction, I'd bet one-party consent is not a defense to taping a sexual encounter without the other person's consent.  Moreover, state law wouldn't be the only issue if dealing with sex broadcast on the net.  That would run afoul of federal law.

I'll defer to someone who's an attorney with experience in this field, but my sense is that federal law is pretty weak here as long as you're not selling it and everyone is of age.  The person who didn't consent to posting it might try to sue civilly for humiliation or damages (i.e., maybe it cost them a job?) if they can show the harm.

As in a lot of these cases, the interest in prosecution varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and prosecutor to prosecutor.  Federal law itself isn't weak in this area at all.  Because we're talking about the internet, it's interstate and thus federal and where federal law applies it is supreme.  The anti-trafficking laws cover internet porn and require not just that both parties be of age to consent to sex, but also of age to consent to publication and do in fact consent.  Hidden camera cases have been prosecuted even without broadcast, but broadcast adds another layer to the crime.  The records requirements studios and OF producers have to follow include signed forms granting consent to publish/air the "performances", and that's under federal law.

It makes sense to have an Onlyfans or justforfans. It’s another revenue stream. I set mine up few years ago, it was very useful when the pandemic was on and I didn’t see many clients face to face.

You do need to publish regularly and film good quality movies plus every model you film with has to provide ID and consent to release the movie.

If it’s a video featuring you the registered model with another person (even if only their dick is shown) you need to have that person provide approval. In practice it’s difficult for someone to prove it’s their dick…as in you don’t have to get your dick pic in your passport pic!

But if you upload a film that has a guys dick or other body part and he hasn’t provided consent (maybe you asked someone else to provide their ID to get the film uploaded and published) he could complain to Onlyfans and they’d remove it.

It makes sense that escorts make much more advertising their wares on OF and making some cash for the effort. It shows they're not just another fake or old RM ad and what they're actually like in person. I know at least in the US porn actors make more because of that publicity and I imagine OF serves the same purpose. And all these OF stars are always mingling with other stars/escorts when they're working the same cities. I'd hire someone with an OF or CB much faster than just a RM ad (I know better than to rely on old porn films though). Smart good-looking escorts have a live online presence too.
