is it wrong to put out an escort name if they are not a good person and I am trying to help others in not dealing with him?

Not at all. Although you’re not supposed to have detailed reviews here, you can always simply state that you had a bad experience and that people should beware of the guy, and that we can PM you for details. As a responsible member of our community you should also send a review to Daddy’s Reviews and give low ratings and comments in a Rentmen review (assuming you found the escort on RM).

It is not. It is encouraged.

There are some things which are (morally) not wrong, but could get this site in legal trouble. We should respect Daddy's and Guy Fawkes wishes to keep the forum from becoming a review site - there's a separate site for that. Since the rules for leaving a review include having actually met up with somebody, I think that it's (barely) ok to say on this site that you attempt to meet with somebody, and they no-showed, or that you decided not to hire someone because of a disappointing interaction in reaching a verbal agreement. But we should be very, very cautious about describing specific interactions.

“Based on my experience Escort X is not a good provider. Avoid.”

That is what OP asked.

I disagree. Such a post allows you to defame a provider without providing a reason. That's hardly fair to anyone.

Tell him first. Give him the feedback, he might not know what he did wrong. If you’re dissatisfied with the reply then I’d say it’s fine to use review sites to warn others. But definitely give him the opportunity to put it right or respond.

If I can’t give a 5 star review then I don’t leave feedback. It’s pretty obvious if someone is mediocre if they’ve been around for a while and only have 5 reviews.

Personalities don’t always click and just because I didn’t like someone....well others might really groove on the same provider. I just don’t want to totally fuck up someone’s livelihood over one data point

agreed - it makes spite posting permissible.
