Anyone have any good tips on massage parlors or private masseur here? The usual massage finder sites pretty much come up empty.

I had a lot of very good massages between 2008 and 2010 in Hong Kong, if you tried out a few places you could easily find some gems Masseurs that would go very far in the sensual department.

But i have no idea how it is right now.

People who have been in or transited the US (and several other countries) in the previous 21 days cannot enter Hong Kong.

It is not impossible - many expats have traveled to the USA or Europe and back.  If you have a residency card for HK, and the appropriate testing, it was a 7 day quarantine in a hotel.  But as @mike carey just mentioned, starting last week it went to 21 day quarantine, which is pretty much a deal killer unless you live and work here.
