You make a good point, @wklukas, but my guess is that @Pensant's mind saw the word "rim" and exciting memories automatically popped out! I know I like a good rimming story, so I didn't mind his diversion.

Back to subject I'm sure that in such a competitive market like NYC most escorts might do it but so far only one has named names. Personally I would stay away from escorts who openly advertise their willingness to rim ALL clients because of a higher risk of certain diseases.

I never ask an escort to rim me but am happy when they just do it. OTOH I do ask if I can rim them sometimes, not always, and most are happy to oblige. Those I ask I usually know will say yes because of their profile on RM.
