I thought he was out before covid. He has a current, active ad on RM, with last review from this weekend. I do remember the chat on the previous version of the forum, and if I recall correctly, he was based in the Albany area for a while due to parole conditions. He is now back in LV. You're thinking of Derek Atlas. I am speaking about Travis Youth. Two different people. And of the 2 I'd rehire Travis again in heartbeat. Atlas is a flake and stood me up.
