He asked me what my budget was. I told him that guys in LA are usually 300/hr plus tip. I was OK being flexible but a 50% markup was more than I was looking to spend. His response was, because he's a doctor and double Ivy League grad, he's more upscale than the other guys. I told him that the escorts here aren't hillbillies with straw in their teeth and many are college graduates themselves. Maybe not doctors, but they're educated at fine universities. After discussing that we weren't currently in the same city and providing the initial and standard rate card information he did offer a video cam session but didn't attach any economic value to that. He also prepared to meet in the future when we in the same city. And FWIW the profile has a 2nd review on RM whereby the reviewer claims to have met. But alas only time will really tell. Columbia College and the School of Engineering are the elite schools that are hard to get into. Barnard is the woman’s school. It is pretty easy to get into and I know many Barnard women who mislead by saying they went to Columbia undergrad. And finally there is the adult Ed School of General Studies, which is basically open admissions as long as you are willing to pay a ton of money for tuition, So many people go to this latter school and pass themselves off as all that..... and why not?
