The guys in SD used to post advertisements online and in classified offering the opportunity to star in erotic films, presumably with women. They would then have them in for an interview or audition and feel out if they could be paid up for other activities. I always got the sense that normalizing it by treating it like a job interview with a production company was a big part of converting.
