You should see some of the realtors in Queens. Hot guido Italians like the ones on Jersey shore. Tight muscle shirts tucked into skin tight slacks with their asses just bouncing about as they walk in front of you. Whew!!!! Get me my fan and smelling salts.

you know what they say......pictures or it didn't happen.............

Haven't seen him in a long while, but for a couple of years. I used to get a massage from a guy who was also in real estate. Only therapeutic, but he did massage the upper glutes. One day, he postponed our appointment a couple of times because the client before me was late. After my massage, I used the shower, and lying on top of the bathroom garbage can was a used condom.

That was when sales were in the doldrums, but now, it's going well, he's married, and hasn't advertised in years.

When I opened a walk in medical facilty 25 years ago, my sister and my niece told me that they went to their local walk in due to the handsome doctor there. After that, I always tried to hire handsome men, who were congenial and of course qualified. Though the years I was successful in hiring several and I was geneerous in my payments so as to keep them in the fold.

The ancillary staff would frequently comment on the stable of regulars certain of the doctors were attracting.

Not all younger Italian men dress as you described. Jeez.

A friend in Palm Springs overheard a dinner conversation between two realtors at a restaurant. One was a seasoned agent and the other a much younger and very handsome man, both gay. The younger one asked the older guy “at what point do I have sex with the client to close the deal?”

Can I have his number?

I have never hired a realtor based on looks, sexual orientation or gender. That being said, several of the agents I have worked with have been gay men, especially here in Palm Springs, where it is hard to find an agent who isn't gay. In my personal experience here, the most attractive agents are often the least experienced....at handling real estate deals.

I'd say that's evidence of the Elizabeth Ray Principle.

"In May 1976, the Washington Post broke the story quoting Elizabeth Ray, US Rep. Hays's former secretary, saying that Hays hired her on his staff, and later gave her a raise as staff of the House Administration Committee for two years, to serve as his mistress. Hays had divorced his wife of 38 years just months prior, and married his veteran Ohio office secretary, Patricia Peak, five weeks before the scandal broke.[4] Ostensibly a secretary, Ray admitted: "I can't type. I can't file. I can't even answer the phone."

Probably not. I'd like to think I'm pretty good at listening to my big head rather than my small head in matters of real estate. Obviously it would be nice if I luck out and get a competent real estate agent who just so happens to be good-looking, but the likelihood of that happening is quite low, considering my luck. Haha.

If I could afford it, this would be my realtor of choice, hands down. (I was floored when I saw his ad on a bus stop bench in Beverly Hills!)

Michael Bergin of Calvin Klein underwear and "Baywatch" fame! Still super handsome.

Re: The Agency, the owner (being sued) is Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio, long considered one of the better-looking "Real Housewives" husbands.

He poached a ton from Hilton (Kyle's sister's husband) & Hyland. They have a lot of handsome agents at The Agency.

I went to an H&H open house and the agent was none other than Anne Heche's ex Coley, who is good looking.

And speaking of Bravo, Fredrick, the star of "Million Dollar Listing NYC" use to be a gay porn star.
