First, Doug69, congratulations on the research. I haven't been really following BN on this board, and certainly haven't been reading his (or anyone else's) blogs. I agree that BN's blogging activities are rather shameful, although I'm surprised at how many people are surprised. The amount of reverence given to escorts here rivals that given by the general public to knighted Academy Award recipients. The truth is that escorts as a general group are not paragons of ethical behavior, although there are certainly many who are ethical (that nice young man from Seattle who's honest about his HIV status comes to mind).

I've complained a number of times about escorts who lie about their age, which, to me, is more unethical than a fake blog, since I suspect that there are more people who hire an escort because of his age than because of his blog (I'm not one of either group). An easier way to tell that BN is not an honest guy is that he states on his website that he's 21, which isn't even close (don't tell me he hasn't had the chance to change his stated age on his website in all of the intervening years). What personally bothers me the most is escorts who say they can perform a certain act then come up with some excuse when hired.

Escorts not only lie about themselves, but I've read about a number of them who've stolen from and even murdered their clients. The reality is that a lot of escorts are attracted to the profession because of the almost complete absence of oversight (except this website) of their work. Clients have really no one to complain to (except here). It also will attract many who are just plain lazy, in addition to those who don't want to have to answer to a boss.

So, just as I'm disappointed by escorts who put years-old pictures on their websites, I'm disappointed by but not shocked by BN's behavior here. I for one wouldn't mind hiring him if he visited here. I just wouldn't lend him my car or let him house-sit. I hire escorts for a good lay. I don't put them on a pedestal as if they were Pulitzer Prize winners or great sages, and I don't get surprised by their sometimes underhanded behavior.

It would be really helpful when posting lengthy comments to break them down into paragraphs with a blank line between each one. It would make reading easier on the eyes.

Just my 2 cents worth.... and how come computer keyboards don't have a symbol for the word "Cent"?

Unicorn thank you for the nice write up. Although I can't speak for every escort out there I can speak for myself and can say that I am an honest person and am far from lazy. Like you said if someone asks me my status I am honest about it and if someone asks me any of my stats or age (I really am 30 turning 31 in July) I am honest. If someone were to ask me to do a specific act and I feel comfortable doing it they got it. Course if it is something that I am not comfortable doing I will say so as I firmly believe in delivering what is asked of me as with any job escorting or my day job that I've held for some time now. I want to briefly get back to the lazy part. Like I just said I've had the same job for quite a few years and quickly became the manager of my dept up till recently. I am becoming active in my union and am also in the painfully slow process of starting my own business in the coffee industry. I feel that if I were lazy, a thief or lier after about 6 years I wouldn't still be escorting and enjoying it. I hope that grouping all of us working guys into unfavorable categories wont continue cause not all of us are bad folk ;) But I do understand that one bad apple can ruin the bunch :(

Greg

>First, Doug69, congratulations on the research.

Thanks, but it was really a labor of love. The fact that Dave Barry took such public and vaguely threatening umbrage -- and that he did so this quickly -- is really its own reward.

Writing is difficult. People expend a lot of their time and energy to produce creative thoughts. For some lowlife to come and just steal them and continuously pass them off as his own would make anyone angry.

And it wasn't really as burdensome as it might seem. When virtually every paragraph someone has written is pilfered, you can just proceed one by one to shove the words into Google, and in each case, the only real mystery is who the next victim is of Benji's theft. It isn't as though he was subtle or slick about it. There was no hunting required, no real scrutiny needed.

Benji is incapable of producing any creative thoughts on his own. That's why he steals - and not just steals, but does so in such a conspicuous and endless manner.

Benji is like a jewelry store thief who, before he even leaves the store he's robbing, puts on a diamond tiara, glittering diamond earrings, and a shimmering set of pearls in order to make their get-a-way. Sloppy, impatient, greedy crooks are always the easiest to catch.

I haven't

>been really following BN on this board, and certainly haven't

>been reading his (or anyone else's) blogs. I agree that BN's

>blogging activities are rather shameful, although I'm

>surprised at how many people are surprised.

I'm not that surprised by the level of surprise. I've been a fairly regular reader of Benji's blog even since I long ago stopped reading this forum because Benji is really unique. The level of self-delusion, desperate attention-seeking psychosis, and multiple personality disorders which seem synergistically to fuel one another into bulging, infinite, pulsating mental blisters is unlike anything one can find elsewhere.

I long ago stopped taking unadulterated pleasure in Benji's misfortunes because it's honestly too pity-inducing. Yet I can't quite get myself to stop luridly observing the whole train wreck either. It's provided a bit of a moral dilemma -- some very marginal guilt about my deriving entertainment over something so appallingly dysfunctional and sickly -- but I seem to have navigated the guilty feelings OK, thanks for asking.

But I guess it just takes flamboyant, undeniable, inescapable evidence of someone's rancid character for some people to accept it. It's sort of like those who don't want to believe their kids are gay - they will be in denial until they see their son's tongue up inside another guy's asshole, and even sometimes will be in denial even after that.

To extend the metaphor, this plagiarism is basically the picture of Ben with his tongue up a guy's asshole. Not even the most reality-resistant Benji fans can deny the evidence of Benji's true character any longer.

>Escorts not only lie about themselves, but I've read about a

>number of them who've stolen from and even murdered their

>attract many who are just plain lazy, in addition to those who

>don't want to have to answer to a boss.

Escorts are like any other sampling of people. Some are honest and upstanding. Others are filthy, depraved, morally bankrupt lowlifes. One of the lessons of the residual Benji worship is that lonely homos desperate for companionship sometimes forget that someone's ability to get their cock hard is not evidence of an elevated soul. In fact, the most decadent and rancid creatures can sometimes inspire sexual arousal. For those few remaining souls who mystifyingly find Benji "hot," this will hopefully, at least, prevent the future blurring of sexual arousal with an assessment of someone's character.

>I don't

>put them on a pedestal as if they were Pulitzer Prize winners

>or great sages, and I don't get surprised by their sometimes

>underhanded behavior.

True, but Benji's youthful looks have long ago departed, and so he relies upon selling an image of his character. That image is not just illusory, but is the precise opposite of reality. Bejni is a lying, conniving, vindictive, malicious, soul-less thief. I don't know what his reaction is going to be to all of this, but I have no doubt that it will be extremely ignoble and only exacerbate his original wrongdoing.

First, I do not know you Doug and I will not be presumptuous about your motives, but I do have a perception from the above statement that there is some sort of vendetta or personal animosity toward BN by you. Right or wrong, that is the perception I am getting.

My question to you is, did you consider (or did you) send your note to BN in private with all your findings and give him an opportunity to react prior to posting? This topic isn't the ordinary everyday message center blather but something of a deeper nature. I'm a firm believer in trying to handle things in private prior to airing them in public to allow people an opportunity to remedy a situation. As I get older, I see too often the frailties of humans. What I saw as blatant hypocrisy in my youth, I now recognize as a human weakness we all suffer from on some level. We all seem to lose our way at times. Public humiliation only brings pleasure to a few for a short time. Sorry to pontificate...guess my human weakness is showing.

As this thread approaches the 10,000 hit mark, it tells us many things about Benjamin Nicholas, and, many things about the people who know him and know of him. It’s of no surprise to me that this thread, which was so beautifully crafted by Doug, has drawn so much attention here; within Dave Barry’s office and at his blog; at Andy Borowitz’s office and now currently within the law offices of his Miami-Herald Newspaper; and, last but certainly not least, over at MER.

Egregious and unlawful behavior always seems to draw an audience of interest based on the players, actions of those players and the subsequent prosecutorial activities that will then take place against those players. It’s a formula that never seems to fail to draw interest and this case is no different.

I, for one, finally, have become just too sick and tired, of reading about and recalling all of the frauds, assaults and indiscretions perpetrated by Benjamin Nicholas against his clients, readers and yes, fans too. It’s been going on for much too long now and if people don’t get it by now, can’t get it, or choose not to get it, then they never, ever will. Benjamin Nicholas is toxic and poisonous to people who hold truth, honesty and decency dear.

I probably have more involvement and time spent, over the past three years, than anyone else, at a variety of internet venues and forums, attempting to expose and bring to light the truth about the many deceptions, lies and fraudulent behaviors of Benjamin Nicholas against others, so that the unsuspecting, and in some cases, brain dead unbelievers, could protect themselves from, and make smart and informed decisions for, themselves about Ben. This all at a personal cost of multiple censors and delusional rebuke by many. I’m delighted that Doug has exposed this latest fraud, because quite frankly, if I never see the name Benjamin Nicholas again, it will, for me, be all too soon.

A habitual liar will always think and behave like a habitual liar; it’s a component of their character. A thief will always think and behave like a thief; it’s a component of their character. A fraud will always think and behave like a fraud; it’s a component of their character.

All these things, and more, are what Benjamin Nicholas is, as a living and breathing entity. Whomever he may be with, at any given time, and whatever type setting you may be in with him, you are subject to any and all of these things, as they are a part of his everyday being and have been so for quite some time now. And, even after all this, will most likely continue in their usual forms, only to be cloaked by new incarnations of the old.

People will take from the truth what they want. Some will cherry pick it, so as to avoid being ethically and/or morally challenged to give something up or take a definitive stand against something bad. It’s a lot like Al Gore’s book: “An inconvenient Truth”. Some here have been warning people at multiple venues on the internet for years about the deceptions and lies of Benjamin Nicholas. Most ignored those warnings because they liked looking at pictures of naked hot guys on his blog, or, liked fantasizing about having sex with him, or, actually took the plunge and plopped down the Benjamins for a real-time romp. God forbid that anyone would allow a little conscience to get in the way of all that. But now things are heating up and the ice is melting from right under Ben’s Prada footgear. Yet, there are those still, who deny the truth and facts and continue to defend the real source of the actual problem. But those people will too, someday, have their own day of awakening, it’s as un-avoidable as death.

I’m glad this is over. Well, at least finally for me it is. As I stated above, even the mere thought of Benjamin Nicholas today makes me feel nauseous and sick. Perhaps what Epigonos stated earlier in this thread, about how society views us, is indeed true about many here: “Those of us who participate on this site have NO morals or values.” I don’t know, and don’t speak for anyone else on this board, but putting a romp in the hay with a known to be thief, liar and plagiarist, above personal self-respect and dignity, is beyond my reach and grasp, and, I’m thrilled about that. I suspect that’s what makes us a wonderfully diverse and a morally conflicted community all at the same time.

Hopefully, when this thread fades into the background of this forum, which it most certainly will do, hopefully, what will remain in the fore-front of people’s minds, is the truth and honesty which was contained within it. If only that, then Doug’s efforts will have not been in vain.

Thank you, Doug.

For you to say that you have a perception that I am operating from a vendetta or personal animosity is to do exactly what you vowed you would not do -- namely, "I will not be presumptuous about your motives." What made you fundamentally change your mind between the first clause of your sentence and the second?

>Right or wrong, that is the

>perception I am getting.

Right - that makes sense. Because the only reason why someone would find serial plagiarism offensive is due to some personal vendetta against the thief.

And I haven't posted here or said a word about Benji in I don't know how long - a couple of years, at least. That's not exactly a very vibrant or potent "vendetta," wouldn't you agree (hypothetically speaking, since you're not going to "be presumptuous" about my motives)?

>My question to you is, did you consider (or did you) send your

No.

I'm a firm believer in trying to handle things

>in private prior to airing them in public to allow people an

>opportunity to remedy a situation.

Why would I possibly aid and abet a thief in his ongoing deceit about who he is? If you found out he was molesting neighborhood kids, would you quietly and privately ask that he stop, rather than alerting the authorities and ensuring that he was exposed?

As I get older, I see too

No, actually, public humiliation serves as a warning to those who may be deceived by theives that they should proceed with great caution. Your way -- helping dishonest people conceal their dishonesty -- achieves nothing other than to help perpetuate the dishonesty and make yourself feel better by telling yourself that your destructive behavior is some sort of morally upstanding magnanimity.

Obviously, based on this thread, many potential clients of Benji find this information relevant to their hiring decisions. Why would you possibly want to deprive them of that information? And how can you view your efforts of suppression as something noble?

"My question to you is, did you consider (or did you) send your note to BN in private with all your findings and give him an opportunity to react prior to posting?"[/i]

Thank you, PWIT, for being the only member on this board to ask a very important question. I have no idea what the answer is but I will say:

The act of assassinating someone's character in public without warning or presenting an opportunity for the accused to respond to or challenge the accusations in private is no less ignoble than the actions of a thief and deceiver. I would also argue that someone who takes pleasure in destroying another human being and his livelihood, in a public arena and without notice, is a "filthy, depraved, morally bankrupt lowlife."

(Edit) I see the answer has come in.

I could go into a long diatribe on the difference between motives and perceptions, but I believe you probably already know the difference or are resourceful enough to research the difference.

Nope...and I fail to see the parallel. But I didn't realize you alerted the authorities prior and were allowing them to handle the situation.

Yes, how wrong of me. Let's bring back the scarlet letter and affix firmly on the chest of the offenders.

>Obviously, based on this thread, many potential clients of

Personally, I didn't see it as relevant, but I am often wrong.

I missed that part where I was claiming nobility, but pretty sure it is not my view.

Anything which can create common cause between me, Dave Barry, Damon Kruezer, and my dear dear dear friend Deej (whom I have so missed) is a cause for joyous celebration.

In the ugliness and shame of Benjamin's crimes, perhaps there lurks some potential for Good among those who have long been subjected to the stench of the Nicholas Evil.

You and I have no more common cause than we have common DNA.

It is TRULY ironic that Kruezer, the most blatant plagiarist (if not outright liar) on the internet, is even mentioned in a thread completely based on a plagiarism complaint.

BTW, you do have copyright approval to use that avatar of BN, don't you? It's not free for use just because it's on the internet. Or so YOU have said.

Good point. My teeth are white. And as is well-known, yours are anything but.

Deej, seriously - if you want to insult someone, telling them that their DNA is different from yours sort of achieves the opposite result - particularly for those here who know what you look like.

Good to see Damon Kreuzer dominates Deej's inner psyche as much as ever.

Satire is a permitted use of copyrighted materials.

God, even after a two year hiatus, I only need one post to be reminded of how painfully dumb you are.

Perhaps you could interrupt your compassion lecture to let us know where your compassion is for the victims of Benjamin's crimes - the ones from whom he stole.

They may not get your little dicky hard like Benjamin does, but they are the ones meriting the compassion.

I had no intent to insult. Your intent, on the other hand, is clear to all.

I simply remind you that we do not share a common cause. Expect to be called on it when you suggest otherwise.

Mine was a short post, so I think you'll note a couple of things with a quick re-read:

1. It was my opinion, rather than a lecture.

2. I didn't limit my compassion to BN, or even mention him.

There is an element of curiosity that could entice me to hire BN just to voyeuristically see for myself what it is all about, even although I do not approve of his actions.

I wouldn't have approved of Hitler's actions either, but I think it would have been facinating to have been invited to lunch with him.

Perhaps we should get Anderson Cooper to interview BN for his "Anderson Cooper 360" - it would be aired in his "Keeping Them Honest" segment.

I don't mean to imply that all or even most escorts are crooks, lazy, or even dishonest. I do mean to imply that escorting is a career which will attract guys who are lazy, dishonest, and/or unable to hold down a legal job due to character issues. There have been a number of escorts I've come across who seem to be great guys. From what little I know about you, you seem to be one of them. Of course I could be totally wrong! How do I know you don't have a lot of dead bodies in your basement?? }(
