Jeesh - I don't think some dumb blog is another "Hitler's Diaries", but since I saw on 15 MM that he won the "rentboy best escort web page" and we now know that it's not him doing the singing, shouldn't he give his Grammy - er, Rentboy award - thingy back?

"page six"?!!

C'MMMM-onnnn! BN?!

Resurrecting FFF's thread:

#62532, "Fin Fing Foom Is Officially Creeped Out By BN's Clients"

Let's start with a disclaimer: I have no beef with young Benjamin Nicholas. For all I know, he's the nicest lad on the face of the earth.

However.......

His clients creep the shit out of me and this morning's review is no exception.

We met again in Key West, between a couple of Benjamin’s fabulous overseas trips, or the Caribbean, or Las Vegas, or so many of these other exciting places he goes to.

OK, we're not even past the first sentence and already fosterchow has his face in BN's ass.

For me, his flying visit into Key West reminded me of that line in Scott Fitzgerald about his eyes, bright and glistening, showed me that he had just done exciting things a few minutes ago, and was about to introduce me to new, exciting things very soon.

(insert sound of cat hacking up fur ball)

He was in Key West only for a day or two, and I was able to snag him for an evening, one of those typical Key West evenings in which you quietly put away the day, and enjoy the slow pleasures of a gathering darkness, a long dinner, and a physical reacquaintance with an old friend.

Which is code for: "hiring a prostitute who wouldn't give me the time of day if I weren't wagging cash in front of him."

We dined at Square One, and had fun remembering our last dinner there, and it was also fun that Michael Stewart, the owner, remembered and called Ben by name – very impressive.

Breathtaking.

The dinner was slow, and leisurely, and we chatted about all manner of things, including our last meeting, which had been in northeast Pennsylvania. Mostly, I have met Ben in Key West.

Thanks for that riveting insight.

We walked back to the house, in that wonderful warm Key West darkness, and I even slipped my hand in his for the short space of Virginia Street which has no street lights. Yes, I was feeling a little romantic.

WARNING! "Romantic" is the key word in this review.

Maybe the champagne at dinner had something to do with it, or Key West’s special atmosphere, or Ben’s beautiful looks, or all of the above. But, soon Virginia Street had its street lights, and you don’t walk up it holding hands with a boy, even one as good looking as Ben.

A regular profile in courage.

Still, I was aiming, with Ben’s okay, for a romantic evening, considerably in contrast with our last meeting.

There's that word again.

At the house, the pool is in the back, with a wide deck, all protected from prying eyes by palms and shrubs. While Ben went inside, I set the stage for my romantic evening.

In the unlikely event some of you missed this subtlety, this is going to be a ROMANTIC evening.

It was simple enough – just an armless steel chair and a lot of rope, black rope, which I prefer, for some reason, because, I guess, it looks hotter across tanned skin than white rope.

Yep, nothing says romantic quite like an armless steel chair and black rope.

Ben had slipped something on the stereo, which could be heard easily through the open French doors – I don’t remember what it was, but it was slow and languorous, like the Key West night.

Enough with the languorous Key West nights. It's fucking FLORIDA!

It was close to midnight, and, in the part of town where my house is, everything quiets down, except the famous Key West roosters, around 10:30.

Now I'm confused. Is it quiet at midnight or isn't it? The "famous Key West roosters" start or stop at 10:30? But even more than that - who gives a shit?

We had dined late, and had dawdled, and now it was romance time.

The horror. The horror.

When Benjamin reappeared from the main house, he was silhouetted in the French door as a perfect specimen of manhood: a black figure against the background lights inside, but a figure showing his muscled body, his gracefulness, his v-shaped torso, his legs, and his arms.

What happened to his head?

As he approached, and came into focus, I saw he had granted my request and was wearing low-slung Speedos across his packed crotch.

He was wearing more than one Speedo? That's a peculiar request.

My eyes concentrated on that bulge, showing a lovely curve, but still covered.

He sat in the chair, and I bound him with rope that way a lover binds his lover: kissing his skin as I bound his hands behind his back, running my fingers over his body as I tightened rope after rope, tying him gently, caressingly, but very tightly.

The painting Norman Rockwell forgot to paint.

Ben wasn’t leaving that chair until I untied him, and he knew it, and I knew it.

No shit.

The massive bulge between his legs spoke of his enjoyment of being tied up, nearly naked, in the soft Key West night air.

Don't forget about the "famous Key West roosters"!

His body is magnificent, and, to me, few things show off the male body better than bondage.

Whatever.

And Ben made the scene even hotter, by twisting and writhing in the ropes, showing off his body and his muscles, as he damn well knew it would.

Sounds to me like he was trying to escape from this freak.

By now I was naked and throbbing

Let's pause for a moment to conjure that image.

Sorry, I threw up in my mouth and had to go gargle - I'm back now.

and lusting for the bulge

This is the third "bulge" reference. You just know fosterchow is one of those nasty faggots who has sandpapered a spot on the crotch of all of his 501s.

but we had planned some fun before dessert: a bottle of Dom Perignon. Yes, I know it’s hideously expensive, but for Ben I wanted only the best.

What a prince.

The bottle lasted a long time, because it was used in a variety of ways: some of it was gently rubbed into Ben’s body and licked off by me.

Suddenly, the image of a cow licking a salt pole lept into my mind.

Some of it I took in my mouth, and then shared it with Ben by kissing him, and passing champagne from my mouth to his.

Benjamin, you're charging WAAAAAAAY too little for this.

The last of it was taken into my mouth, and then, I knelt and kissed the huge bulge in Ben’s speedos, taking as much as I could into my mouth, and thus soaking the bulge with champagne.

BULGE BULGE BULGE. My hair is starting to hurt.

Ben was really horny now, and was thrusting forward with his hips, wanting me to free his cock, wanting me to suck his big tool.

It was a ruse, dumbass. He wanted OUT!

The air was full of scented flowers and champagne and the aroma of Ben’s young maleness.

That line would have embarrassed even Barabra Cartland.

I released the packed crotch, and Ben’s rockhard erection sprang proudly into my face. He came in a few minutes, and I remained kneeling, waiting for a sign from him.

Like what - a flare?

He said nothing, and made no move.

He was pretending to be dead, hoping you'd let him loose and he could flee in the warm, flower-scented, rooster-filled Key West evening.

So, slowly, I started sucking again, and it was obvious he wanted to come again. And, after a longer time, he did.

An eternity to BN, I'm sure.

This time, I untied him, and he remained seated.

Non-stop revulsion is exhausting.

He knew I wanted to worship him, and I did, kneeling stark naked on my pool deck, and jerking off to his beauty.

uh oh

I did it again.

Gotta gargle.

Be right back.

Ben is a very special person, and gives pleasure to so many men through his beauty, excitement, interests, enjoyment of life, and the thrilling flush of youth.

And then there's that little matter of the cash payment.

I know I have no physical attractions which would draw a man like him

A refreshing burst of self-awareness.

except that when I tie him up, I can give him a pleasure that he infrequently enjoys.

Because, if he weren't tied up, he'd run away as though his hair were on fire.

Benjamin Benjamin Benjamin. I don't know how you do it.

Respectfully yours,

FFF

As the fat, nerdy guy named FLOUNDER in the movie "Animal House" said when the shit hit the fan: OH BOY IS THIS GREAT.

Great work uncovering this fraud, I'm a long time lurker here who posts once in a blue moon. I've had to sit on my hands many times over the years to keep from responding to the horse shit posted by and about this clown.

One would have to assume that pretty much everything posted/claimed by this FRAUD has been full of baloney.

I'm sure BN has not responded yet cause he's been spending a great deal of time at the grave of his "friend" Anna Nicole. Or maybe he's been volunteering at a birthing center.

LMFAO.

Where the hell is FFF when you need him?

I have just been informed (by an impeccable source) that Dave Barry is not a very happy man right now and has opened an investigation through the legal department within his office, the Miami-Herald Newspaper, to pursue whatever action is available to him. He and Andy Borowitz have been in touch with one another and obviously are not pleased.

This might be a good time to use all those frequent flyer air miles.......

Seems to me he'd be in very hot water if he had profited from their work.

And I mean MONEY, not "oooh, you're so clever Ben...." from his readers.

I find it hard to believe Dave Barry would otherwise care, as long as it vanished - as it should.

If you're considering making an apology, but the right words just won't come, perhaps you could use one of the following (with the appropriate credit, of course):

"Well, excuuuuuse me!!!" Steve Martin

"I'm sorry

So sorry

That I was such a fool" Brenda Lee (from "I'm Sorry")

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" R.E.M (from "South Central Rain")

"If I offended anybody, that was truly not my intention." Janet Jackson (on her wardrobe malfunction)

"I am apologizing for the conduct that it was alleged that I did" Senator Robert Packwood

I'm not so sure he wouldn't care. This is blatant theft of property of value to its owner. I'm sure Barry is justly proud of his accomplishments. This "raid" on his belongings -- and its subsequent use for purposes Barry never intended -- ought to cause righteous idignation.

Not everyone believes the Internet is a free-for-all, especially authors who have worked hard to build careers and earn livings.

This thread has turned into an example of why I quit posting on this message board. You guys are like vultures that swoop in after someone's been attacked, injured, and dying. It doesn't matter that Ben may have brought this predicament on himself. It doesn't matter that the allegations are very serious. (And before anyone suggests that I've got my tongue up his ass, let me say that I've never met him and never intend to). I'm just I'm amazed at and disgusted with how gleefully you have embraced his misfortune. "Woo-hoo, let's kick him while he's down."

It's often stated -- "this message board is just sport" -- "lighten up" -- "don't take it seriously" ......... Yeah, right!!:-(

I have to disagree. There is no misfortune here. This is not an unfortunate incident that occured to an honest and unsuspecting victim. Ben was complicit for this entire occurance. He lied, stole and viewed everyone here as some sort of group of buffoons for which he could manipulate. I'd like to feel sorry for Ben, but his actions pertaining to this thread and other outrageous behaviors for which he has participated in against others, speaks to the fact that he has no conscience or ability to rationalize his actions toward others.

I also do not think that anyone here has been celebrating this to the point you claim. Please don't confuse who the real victims are in this.

There are many people we come across, who are talented and gifted, and I think Ben in one of those, but for some reason there are people who aren't content, and want to be "more", which may mean doing questionable things.

Its too bad that these things happen, and its too bad that it has happend to Ben. While I won't condone what he did, I won't throw stones either, instead he has my sympathies.

I think he is very talented and gifted, I just wish it didn't happen.

I find no joy in Doug's discovery, but I've been responsible for students' dismissal from the university when I found and reported plagiarism. Until tonight I had wanted to fuck Benjamin since the first time I saw one of his reviews on this site. Now, though, the old prude in me would not permit me to contribute to his income, not even one dollar. I assume that Benjamin's responses on various threads in this site are his own writing. If they are, he is not without some legitimate abilities. I hope that he starts relying on some of those.

Pardon me if my memory is a bit hazy, but wasn't it Hooboy Himself who "discovered" BN and promoted him to prominence?

IIRC, BN has not only trashed himself beyond belief, but worse, he has trashed the legacy HB left for him.

What a fucking waste. x(

Exactly. It's truly sickening to read TNT Ted's referral to Benji as an injured victim when the injured parties are Dave Barry, Andy Borowitz and various others. If, as wayno mentioned, he had only plagiarized a couple of times, who would really care? But to consistently and deliberately steal other people's work and pass it off as your own, while, in a sick delusion, bragging and boasting of your immense talent, unparalleled success and international recognition, then he really deserves whatever wrath and betrayal people are feeling and all the mean, bad, terrible words people are using about him.

Let's say, for example, that Benji obtains Ted's SS # and proceeds to destroy Ted's credit through identity theft. Then, members of this board find out about it and express shock, dismay, anger at Benji and various other emotions that reasonable, decent and moral people would express. Would Ted blather on about poor Benji being attacked by vultures, or would he feel victimized?

Again, I reiterate: this is not a result of carelessness, of forgetting a quotation mark here and there (which might not have mattered anyway, if he didn't have permission to reprint, as quotation marks alone do not give one the right to publish another person's work in its entirety). He purposely and consciously changed a few words ("wife" to "single female friend," etc) to make it appear to the reader as if he, Benjamin Nicholas, were the author.

As to why this matters: it matters because it is Benjamin Nicholas, the arrogant braggart. If it had been, for instance, Brett the soccerjock's blog, it wouldn't be such a big deal and this thread wouldn't have 4,500 views in less than 24 hours. But it was Benjamin Nicholas, who bitterly attacks anyone who dares criticize his blog (to JT Brooklyn: "regarding 15mm and my readership: Don't open your fucking mouth"), who boasts of an impossibly high readership -- if it were really as popular as he states, somebody else would have discovered this theft long ago -- and who brags of the success of his blog while whining about all the hard work it takes to "churn it out" on a weekly basis. Lastly, it is Benjamin Nicholas, who, by plagiarizing a large portion of his website from other writers, was awarded the Rentboy Best Escort Website award for 2006.

As for Louis wishing "it didn't happen" I'd like to remind him that "it" didn't happen. Benjamin Nicholas happened it.

First Doug nice to you have decided to join the forum again. You certainly make a compelling argument regarding Ben's very popular 15 min.

Second, as a cross over blog it certainly is very unique. I have read it occassionally to be honest almost never for the articles, it has almost entirely been for free website info and the eyecandy. All of which I assumed was from other sources.

Third as person who has hired Ben and issued a review of him in the last six months, I did not hire him because of 15 min, I hired him because of his reviews and his postings. His postings indicated someone with great communication skills which I enjoy.

Fourth I can only talk about the person I met and who has remained in contact with me since. So as an escort what can I tell you he is great and I would still recommend him. I am not sure what the 15 min has to do with make a decision to hire him or not. I the four years I have been watching the forum and reviews, not one person has ever come forward to indicate a even a so-so performance. Our meeting was for less than 48 hrs and have only met once.

Fifth, he helped me handle a situation I had with another escort that I needed the advice from someone else in the industry. Within 24 hours he personally responded on the phone and talked with me for over a half hour. He has also helped on one other non-escort issue again I found him responsive and supportive.

So in the end I can only discuss what I know of personally. I would call him a friend and the whole point of friendship is being their when the chips are down.

Let’s set aside, for just a moment, all of Doug’s first rate research pertaining to Ben’s plagiarism. Except one:

July 25, 2006: http://www.benjaminnicholas.com/journal/2006_07_25_archives.html

“This is where Benjamin relates how he helped his single female friend go through childbirth.”

This little gem goes to the core of Ben’s character and brilliantly reflects the other deceitful and fraudulent components and characteristics of Ben’s mind and personality (disorder). Its one thing to plagiarize another man’s work, but it’s quite another thing to then inject yourself into that plagiarized material as a main character of the story, to call to the attention of others, what a decent and moralistic person you are, when you’re really just a liar (and thief, if you count the plagiarism). This has to be the most egregious kind of violation of trust against others that I can think of witnessing in a long time. Think about it. Ben was probably at Steamworks in a sling when this woman gave birth, but he wants you to believe that he acted like the FDNY.

Ben has been doing this too, for years. Anyone who has read Ben’s blog, or numerous postings at various message centers over the years, and didn’t, more times than not, “raise an eyebrow” when reading many of his lofty self-assertions of celebrity and greatness, were not really reading very well at all. My point is that, Benjamin, is selling you something that does not exist. To further worsen the situation, he is presenting it all as truth and fact. It’s called lying and deception. I have never cared for being lied to and when I discover that I have been deceived; I feel somewhat violated and taken advantage of, as I’m sure most healthy minded individuals do too.

So when you couple the plagiarism with the other lies and deceptions, there is much more going on here than just a writer pushing his blog. What you have here is someone manipulating, and lying to, as many people as possible, to further his own personal self interests, agenda and income, at other peoples expense and ignorance.

This to me, in itself, is a crime worthy of condemnation.
