My guess is it's not but it's better than advertising where he really is.Sometimes someone doesn't want to be entrapped, sometimes there's immigration issues, etc. Many Europeans vacation in Dubai; it's cheap. He lists no language but English. My guess is he's Russian because he'll be in Moscow 2 days but travels the circuit. (I'm probably wrong).
