Also friends of mine in South Florida who only speak Spanish have an "agent" who does the same for them for 10-15%. It works amazingly well and they wouldn't consider not having an agent not only for language but also because someone popular should be with clients, not answering calls and texts. Since responding if their business there’s no excuse for not doing so. Then move on. If they ever contact me (almost never) I politely say “sorry, I made other plans when you didn’t respond” even if I haven’t. Unfortunately there are a whole slew of non-responding providers if not most. Huge complaint of clients. Just like providers most often complain about verbose would-be clients who waste their time. If I reach out to someone and don't hear back, or as happened recently when I contacted a guy who had posted he was coming to town, when he declined to make an arrangement that far in advance and I was invited to try again later, I don't reach out again. When a guy has a reputation for being difficult to reach or doesn't respond, wait until the end of the month or first few days of the next month before you contact him. The need to make rent is an awesome motivator!! Same applies for world travelers - the last few days in town are the best to reach them and if they have had a slow visit, they are looking to make up for it; that hotel bill needs to be paid... You can see how this isn't terribly productive. I fully support the guys running their business as they see fit (although I equally feel free to comment on it). If the particular guy I mentioned had taken the initiative to reach out to me later, I would have been happy to see if we could schedule a session.
