You are behind your screen which means you have no exposure to any sort of physical contact with a masseur that is trying to engage you online. I simply tell a masseur who reaches out to ask to book a session with him that I am simply browsing his profile and will let him know I am interested. Messages typically cease at that point.

I'm guessing he's a top provider then? If so I'd go with the first appt on the day he leaves if having him shoot a big load is important. If he's a bottom provider I wouldn't really think it matters.

I used to see a local guy regularly. In fact one year I saw him on my birthday. Didn't tell him but he saw something and asked about it. He wouldn't take any money that time and said it was his treat. I thought he was very sweet and probably tipped him enough in subsequent meetings to more than make up for one freebie.

There are reasons why my two regulars enjoy spending time with me. It may be mostly about the rate I am willing to pay for their time.  I am also low drama (discount requests count as drama). Never try to short change them (no discount requests). Adjust rates upwards every other year (again, no discounts). Annual Christmas bonus, even if it isn't a huge amount. Always treat them better than I would want to be treated. 
It is a slippery slope. I'm sure alternative arrangements can work, but I learned long ago that they don't work for me. Keep it simple stud.

Agree with everyone here. NEVER, under any circumstances, pay a deposit or Venmo any amount to a provider. Probably 90% of the time it’s a scam.

As a client, what I look for beyond the obvious (that the provider looks like his photos and provides the services agreed upon) is that he allows himself to be human enough that I can enjoy the experience.  If someone is too detached, I cannot lose myself in pleasure.  I need to feel some sort of connection. 

Client here. I look for providers who:
 
1. Look and act like they show/say in their ad
2. Are gracious and respectful guests
3. Play along with my sexual fantasies to the best of their ability
 
I ask very little, yet these simple things are often too much to ask for.

Wish I had seen this post before booking a massage with him last month. I had a similar experience. I also didn't expect the upsell for escort services, which isn't what I'm looking for. The massage was nothing special, so I guess that's what he's really selling. Posted pics are dated but still handsome IMHO. Disappointing.

That's my simple rule.  I just don't think it makes sense for the client unless you are talking about an extended appointment or having someone travel a significant distance to you.  If having that policy means that some guys don't want my business, so be it.
