Lately I have been finding only large boxes of raspberries, which usually have turned to mush before I finish using them. Blueberries are sturdier.
I've been buying raspberries lately and freezing them immediately after rinsing. They then work really well in smoothies, and can be thawed later in smaller batches to eat.

My local Bank of America is open for inside service. The problem is that surrounding B of A branches or not open for inside service. My branch has ONE teller operating and thus the line to enter is about a one hour plus wait. I do not have a washer/dryer in my condo but the association has four laundry rooms. To use the machines I need quarters. I'm not about to wait in the bank line for over an hour to get quarters. Smart & Final has come to my rescue again and is giving me rolls of quarters when I request cash back. Hurrah for Smart & Final.
I went to the nearby BOA office this morning to try to deposit a couple thousand dollars in CAD currency that I don't expect to use (Sorry Stockbar and Campus!). However, the line was out the door.
Guess I'll keep that cash for now.

I’ll add one more thing. Does this methodology address “vertical” exposure? It’s been my understanding that this technology does well in two dimensions. But, what if I’m on the 10th floor in a location directly above someone on the 9th floor in the building. Would it show us to be proximate or separated vertically?
It doesn't use location, it uses the strength and duration of the Bluetooth signal. So it should be able to differentiate between someone simply walking past you from someone who stood next to you for longer; that would work in three dimensions as well.

Does this qualify?
Those bottles are heavy enough to serve as workout equipment!

Now that I've started losing weight, I'm trying to get rid of the some of the slack in my backside by doing glute exercises.
It's been tough to find an exercise that doesn't aggravate my knees or back though.
I just started trying donkey kicks and fire hydrant raises.
If only I had one of those rubber dog hoods to complete the picture!

That's Trevor Knight in the center. I don't remember that tattoo though. It looks like the end of the MANHUNT logo.

I've seen a lot of temporary tattoos like that at Pride events; usually on strippers riding on the back of trucks outfitted with loudspeakers

Mr. S. now has masks with the appropriate hanky colors LOL. But I see they sold out already LOL. Not sure how you can tell if someone is top/bottom or dom/sub like you can with a hanky since you have to cover the whole face.
Got my order in just in time! Sadly, they didn't have any light blue, so I'll be stuck with navy.

Heard that Amazon, Whole Foods, Instacart, Trader Joe's, and Target workers are striking today. Don't know if that's been confirmed or not

Tom Cruise
Never cared for Tom Cruise. Risky Business, All the Right Moves, Top Gun, Rain Man all seemed like the same guy to me.Yes, This! I almost posted the same comment!

Thanks for posting this @TruthBTold ... I posed the "fogging" question a week ago and didn't get much response. I have the same problem and thought it had something to do with the way I wear my mask, which is pretty standard, over nose and mouth.... I can see without, but it's a diff foggy without my glasses. so I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't.
I've heard that if you fold a small piece of cloth or gauze under the inside top of the mask that it will reduce or eliminate the fogging. Haven't tried that yet.

I have several of the cheap masks ordered from China on Amazon and I noticed they put a "USPS" tracking number on which USPS does not recognize. Maybe it's a Chinese tracking # or maybe it's fake. Anyway at $5 for 50 I'm not cancelling until delivery time from China is past. I've actually had better luck on ebay.
A similar order of masks I placed with Amazon on March 28 were supposedly shipped three days later on March 31.
They're not scheduled to arrive until June 5.

These viruses, even coronaviruses, are coming at a fast clip. It won't be the last. And biological warfare is a major thing now. Let robots have the factories and AI do the grunt work. Important work is mostly on the web in the future.
It does seem like the time between new viruses is shortening

It is certain that I would be binge drinking every day had I not started a diet/exercise/abstinence program in December. Now that I'm on a streak, it's much easier to avoid drinking.

College wrestlers, in my experience, are often VERY touchy feely, even when not wrestling.

I'm so sorry, PK, for all you're going through.
We're in a war against a terrible virus now, and you're on the front lines.

I started a routine about three months ago consisting of brisk long walks and bodyweight exercises every day, and I'm continuing that through the crisis.
I'm also fidgeting a LOT more!

every mask we see on the street, supermarket, etc. wore by a civilian is a mask that could have been used by a Doctor, nurse, police officer, military personnel, etc.
Prediction: Sometime within the next two weeks the WHO or the CDC will revise guidance to say that everyone should wear a mask when out in public.

And I know you would start with the real dessert;)

Everything I've read is that soap is better, anyway. If that's an option. I think part of it is that the chemicals in the soap break down the things that bind the virus to our hands. (Someone who understands chemistry can explain that better for me.) And the pressure of the water pushing it off the hands helps, too.
Soap works well because it's more effective at breaking the fatty protective wall around the virus. Once that wall is damaged the virus is no longer functional.

One grocery store here that does about $50,000 in business in one day, sold over $150,000 in goods a few days ago.

When logging into the site, the Alert icon shows the number of alerts as in the prior version. However, after expanding it and visiting one of the posts and then hitting the back button, the number of alerts is no longer displayed. The prior version of the system would continue to display the number of alerts until the session was logged out, and I found that more helpful. It would be even better for me if the alert counter would drop by one after visiting one of the posts show in the alert list.
