1. From reading his wikipedia it sounds like he never actually played in an NFL football game? I don't really know football that well but it said he was in the practice squad of a few NFL teams. Not sure if ABC will give him another season since he was already in the Bachelorette as a contestant and then starred in the Bachelor but who knows?!? I watched the first 2 seasons of Bachelor ages ago and did watch Boy Meets Boy, Finding Prince Charming, and the 12 dates of Christmas so am somewhat familiar with gay dating shows.
2. I guess this is not porn but I remember this scene from the 1999 movie TRICK where the main character had a fantasy of getting a blowjob while playing the piano. Always thought that was hot. Skip to 12:35 in the clip below.
3. Just saw Deron this past weekend and I agree with others. He is topnotch!
4. Just got home here in NYC after flying the redeye JetBlue flight PSP-JFK. Lucky for me there were only 37 people on the flight so I had my own row and slept the entire way. I, too, had a great time at the events I attended (Sat eve dinner and Sun afternoon pool party.) Many thanks to Oliver for hosting the Sunday pool party and to Epigonos for catering/cooking! The deviled eggs were pretty good but my favorite was the bacon wrapped dates!!! I really enjoyed meeting everyone I had the opportunity to talk to and given it was my first time in Palm Springs, everyone I met were friendly and welcoming. Thank you. I learned so much from talking to @jawjateck , @Epigonos , @IronMaus , @asianmusclebttm , @Oliver , @David-SF , @keroscenefire , and many others about our hobby, Palm Springs, and of course, the late Guy Fawkes. BTW, I managed to rent a car from Hertz and glad it didn't run out of rentals (my flight arrived at 9pm so I was a tad bit worried Hertz might run out of cars... even for those who had reservations.) In terms of sightseeing, I only went to the Botanical Gardens and am ok with that. I hope more East Coasters will come in the future but I also understand more people from the east coast tend to go to the DC event.
5. I agree. When Prince Albert died in his early 40s, Queen Victoria apparently wore black for the remainder of her life. Both couples were love matches.
6. Agreed! One thing that probably helped is he gave up smoking on the day he married Elizabeth in his mid-20s. I recall from watching the Crown that his mother (Princess Alice who later became a nun) was a chain smoker and died at age 84. Also from watching the Crown, Elizabeth's father died at a young age in his mid-50s most likely due to his smoking habit. May he rest in peace.
7. I remember this chocolate bar called BAR NONE. I loved it back in the late 80s but somehow Hershey's discontinued it (poor sales probably.) I remember watching Greg Louganis on TV and having a HUGE crush on him back in the 80s. I remember getting excited learning Melrose Place had a gay character.
8. Yep had to think about it for a second. When I think of Sunset Boulevard I think of Joe Gillis. Didn't realize the actor who played Joe Gillis is William Holden.
9. My mom and her friends all went to a psychic from time to time. I'm not really sure if what they said came true or not but I felt it was more a form of entertainment for them. As a form of entertainment, I can see it as worth the time and money (of course it depends on how much free time/disposable income one has and how much a session cost.) Did your psychic have a nice physique and if so, did he give your reading while wearing a tanktop or heck while he's shirtless? I actually think for any psychic who has a nice body that would definitely get him some regulars.
10. Is this link the same William? https://rent.men/WilliamEricson
11. Congrats on being together for over 30 years! Does your husband want to retire or perhaps work part-time? Working long hours can be stressful (at least to me.) Then again... hey if he loves to work, that's awesome! I just realized Joe Biden is age 78!
12. I haven't seen the movie but am familiar with the term "Pay It Forward". I've also never been to a Jack in the Box but will think of you if I ever eat there. I never met you Daddy but you live on through posts like this.
13. lol whenever this video was filmed. https://www.gayforit.eu/video/554750/Fucking-an-Abercrombie-Model-Bareback
14. Just found this old thread from 2004: https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/abacrombie-and-fitch-will-they-never-learn.40706/ This forum really has a treasure of information. Last post on that thread was written by Daddy stating how he just went on a cruise with Hooboy.
15. Rafael Alencar did so too a few years ago!
16. I remember watching the video below several years back and thereafter I cleaned out my closet of all my A&F clothes and donated them to the homeless.
17. Found this link from the "Daddy Needs Your Help" thread that may answer your question. I'm relatively new here but it seems like members have sent donations to Daddy to help with the fees of this site. https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/the-data-are-what-the-data-are.126213/
18. Got my second shot a few days ago and just felt fatigued the next day but managed to work from home ok on Friday. Am feeling back to normal now. And yes I plan on getting a krispy kreme doughnut!
19. May he rest in peace and thank you to Daddy for creating this space for all of us. Sad news indeed.
20. Do restaurants in PS have an outdoor area for seating? Just curious since I still haven't experienced indoor dining yet since pandemic started though have eaten outside.
21. There will be a time when the gov't will be begging people to take the vaccine.
22. I don't think it's a matter of being able to afford a cab fare, but rather if there are no cabs available or if uber/lyft has a 60 min+ wait or if the car rental companies run out of cars. Some people with car rental reservations arrive at the counter to find out the car rental company ran out of cars.. Friend sent me this youtube video to remind me of Seinfeld's experience with renting cars:
23. Just got rid of cable two weeks ago and am glad! I tried to get rid of it last year but Spectrum offered me free high speed internet (1 Gbps) if I kept cable so I did. I share streaming services (netflix, hbo max, disney+) with two other friends who live alone and i've found it helps me save some money each month.
24. Sorry for this Bluefin. I think it's ok to have a crush on your masseur as long as it doesn't start to become toxic to your emotional/mental health. I think the majority of guys (especially those who are single) are always in the search for a human connection and human touch is an amazing feeling.
25. Thx. I made a reservation with Hertz late last week for a "manager's special" car. I just checked today and Hertz looks like it's sold out for that weekend (April 9-12) so am glad I at least have a reservation. That's great! I checked Budget today and it looks like a mid-sized SUV is now over $65/day. I read in the news that some rental car places run out of cars (even for those people who made a reservation) so am hoping I'll be ok. I did look at other options in case Hertz runs out of cars or if Uber/Lyft are crazy prices and it looks like there is public transportation called SunBus that goes to PSP airport to downtown Palm Springs once an hour. Normally it's $1 for the ride but due to pandemic they are currently not collecting fares. SunBus fare suspended until May 2nd: https://www.sunline.org/riding-sunline/pricing SunBus route from airport: https://www.sunline.org/sites/default/files/Route-2.pdf
