There is no harm in sending a text message. As @DynamicUno said just to be safe don't send too detailed of a message in case the number was reassigned. I'd send something like "Hi there. I'm a top but when I hire other tops for oral only sessions I always will state I want to provide them oral to a happy ending completion. As others mentioned some providers will only cum during a multi hour session so make sure to ask.

I know what you mean! There is an option to see only visiting providers in a city which show guys like you said either going to be visiting or have the near travel selected to that city.
