If you provide a 4 or less star review, it'll be under "review" for a few days, then they'll ask you for evidence that the meet took place, then that'll be another few days, then they say the provider replied that it's not true so they "ask" you for more evidence, you supply screenshots and everything, they answer 3 days later that "The encounter happened more than a week ago and we only approve recent reviews" and close your case. They want to have the providers paying for the Ads and the bumps and the "Rentman of the day" and "platinum" and whatever it charges the providers.
