Someone just liked the comment I posted back in January. I decided I would take a look at Brett's ad again to see if there was anything new. His ad says he is versatile. That's new to me. I thought he had always advertised as a top over the years.

Gman - with the migration to the new platforms, the ranks were updated and now appear in the "badge" displayed in the lower left corner of your avitar.  Your ranking was retained under the title of "Grand Master."
    Good to have you back!

The ad is a little more extreme than his last ads-but I've looked at his and for years. His ads have pretty much always implied/said that wasn't into the 'boyfriend experience. He was only there  to be topped.

PS This is my first post on the 'new' Forum. Apparently I've lost my rank. 😢

You, sir, have a very good memory. Marcello sounded vaguely familiar to me. But that could have been wishful thinking. And I didn't remember Enrico.

EUREKA!!! I found this thread. There's a link in it to pictures of Marcello who is the younger incarnation of Max if you are correct. Assuming they are the same person, he didn't have a stellar reputation back then either

The U.K. being liberal is a fairly recent phenomenon. The laws in many of these Commonwealth and former Commonwealth countries are holdovers from when Great Britain ruled them.

I'm glad someone has finally talked about him. I was interested in him just before I quit hiring. I contacted him back then. I don't think he had been advertising that long at that point. I wasn't quite sure how interactive he was. So we didn't meet. While I'm not hiring anymore, I've still looked at his pictures over the years. Initially he didn't have any privates. Of his non privates I would say that at least 6 or more of them were the pictures I first saw when he first started advertising. Of course the non-privates don't reveal a lot. So maybe he doesn't really need to update them. But for anyone interested, I'd get him to do a physique selfie holding up a date or a current newspaper.

+ Gar1eth got a reaction from + WilliamM in If you've tried therapy, was it worth the $$$?
My (previous) therapist sent me an email a day or so after I called it quits. I don't think it was financially based. I think it was due to her concern for me which was nice. She said she started thinking about some of what I told her about my trouble with making friends. She came up with that I might have Social Anxiety Disorder-hereafter referred to by me as SAD.

After giving it some thought, I had to tell her while I might have some traits of that, I doubt I have a full-blown disorder. In my previous career I spent a whole lot of time talking to people. And the majority of the time it wasn't a problem. Also I can remember telling my high school best friend (that was an interesting situation-I think-well I know-I 'forced' the friendship-on the other hand it lasted from junior of high school until he went offf on his mission after freshman year in college. After that we were still friends. But he got married fairly soon after coming back) that I didn't do well at parties where I didn't know anyone. David, my friend, said "Well it must only take you 15 minutes to get to know people. " Granted he only saw me at parties with LDS'ers. And they are always on the lookout for a convert. But I still liked those parties as the main source of fun was not based on drinking.

In any case my troubles of not finding 'commonality' to lead to friendships is not, I think, usually due to anxiety although I will admit to becoming normally anxious in new situations.

There were a few other points she made. I sent back a really long reply. It was basically a refutation of her ideas-I hope in a repectful way. Although possibly in the same way that escorts on here who repond to bad reviews only confirm the bad review, my long rambling response may have confirmed every idea she had about me. She never responded back to that email (I don't think I expected her to-or at least it wasn't a surprise when she didn't.). But maybe she read the email, began shaking her head, and thinking, "None so blind as those who will not see."

I still haven't mentioned to my family yet that I've quit therapy. I've thought about it. But I'm sure when I do, it's going to make my Mom worry. She worries enough. I don't need to add to it prematurely.

As it is while I can't say I feel better without therapy, I am definitely not feeling any worse. Although considering we only met about 4 or 5 times at most, it probably shouldn't even really be called therapy.

Not to discount @curiousheartguy's experience as I have no trouble believing someone could gain weight. But considering we all have different standards of what we like physically, and if I had had a good experience with him in the past, there's a good chance I'd ask for a current selfie before I'd write him totally off.

I probably wouldn't enjoy myself. I'm not saying it doesn't sound like it wouldn't be a lot of fun for a lot of people, but I don't do well in crowds where I don't know anyone. Also I'm not that a big a party-er. And I don't really have any sense of rhythm. And I feel totally awkward dancing.

To hear this definitely knocks the wind out of you-especially since I had the chance to meet him once or twice. I really don't know what I would have done without this site. Aside from actually having met Daddy, this site (and Muscle Service Station) provided me with two people who ended up becoming my best friends for around 10 years. We lived 100's of miles apart and only met in person a few times. But they were invaluable to me. And without this site (and Muscle Service Station), I never would have met them. And that's not even counting the fact that if it weren't for this site I might have remained a virgin forever.

I DMed @BasketBaller, who it seems hasn't been on the forum in a while, about Daddy's passing, thinking he might want to preserve what he's written in this thread. I don't know if anyone's in touch with him outside of the forum, but if someone is, maybe they could reach out to him.
I haven't waited long to hear from him, but given we have some uncertainty as to how long/whether this site will stay up, figured I'd mention it here.
