“… Oz doesn’t censor much … it’s usually at the best of his minions.” The above represents literally, semantically, that this Oz (moderator?) is ordered, is commanded by servile unimportant underlings. How does that even track? It perhaps tracks in the same vein as tittle-tattle that contains vast distortions. But bright clever fellows with good social media reputation rankings are inclined to deftly duck the canards of inveterate borderline gossips.

??? So nobody has a hand in governance there, but some have their dicks in governance? I don’t think that the chief mod Oz shirks and he is clearly a good guy. Comparatively, some others suck. I doubt anybody got off scot free, but I understand covers were blown and a few had their hands freely in it as being prone to sticking noses where they don’t belong when not busy, erm, seeking to getting blown or plunking in blown-up material.

Why book a guy that forages in his sock drawer then forgets where his feet are?

Balancing the risk and rewards of sex
+ SirBillybob replied to MaybeMaybeNot's topic in Men's Health
I think we mitigate risk in the same way that you yourself would apply utilizing the means you already know. In fact, your post alone would be instructive for MSMers hypothetically in a STI informational vacuum. -
On what grounds can clients be reported on RM?

Damned if do or don’t. Is the central question your fiduciary sense in relation to peers that might get similarly burned? -

On the fairgrounds. -
I was being silly. In clinical practice I was no stranger to advance directives, living wills, powers of attorney. For my parent that outlived the spouse I also pushed for a sibling to take those roles as I wished to water down the notion of hierarchical expertise and promote involvement equity. I did all the heavy lifting in concrete areas, days on end, such as sorting, storing, dump-tipping, donating, etc decades-worth of belongings.

This is not media news but from a range of 1st-ish and 2nd hand accounts. So not to be taken completely at face value. I don’t have all the details but got a text from a friend indicating that in later May an older frail-ish fellow, possibly from UK, was sucker-punched and knocked out cold by a crazed garoto de programa (specific sauna location withheld; any possible distance from Bermuda2.0 Triangle epicentre). By all accounts, the customer can stake a claim to adding masochism to his belt notches. It was out in the open in full view of several witnesses. Apparently a programa was not involved and there may have been but a few minutes of interaction that minimally gobbled up time. What is apparent is that the escort was immediately thrown out, banned, for whatever that’s worth while “triage” ensued. Two days later he had an ad up on Skokka (not the old fellow; unless concussed and confused he also posted an escort profile). Fortunate for the poor sod that the garoto did not lose his shyte behind a closed suite door. I imagine this type of episode is extremely rare in a curated setting and simply underscores that there is a continuum of risk across various models of the what / where / when / why / how / which of trade hiring. It’s the Wild West and one might be better off sticking to where the sheriff is in town. ——- Specious assumptions to follow regarding specific city safety differentials. Discussion optional.

I once did weekly and journeyed several hours for it. It took 4 years to burn out and could have bought an upper-tier SUV or small boat, etc. Justified the travel and paycheque expense by adding an extra weekday evening of professional practice. The effort was borderline sacrificial but may have correlated with degree of intensity of those regular 2 hours. Years later, never even think about it. All roads lead to fickle.

My parents ashes are buried together with a simple plaque rather than headstone in a remote northern location cemetery. They had prearranged and prepaid. None of us go there as it is impractical and there are no other draws, as living there was half a century back. The idea presented above brings to mind that one might see representations of a plant’s growth via photos if taken at times and posted by caretakers. It would take one back more for requiem. Probably a maple; one of at least a half dozen varieties. My siblings are less nostalgic and assert that my ashes would simply be green-bagged and tossed down the most convenient chute. Along with advance directives that crossed paths with a Bic lighter. They are transparent; I’ll give them that.

OK some insidious AI bot has picked up on a particular threshold of quantity of CoPal muggings references and I’ve lost all capacity for critical thought. Got me. I give in to the force. Message received. The Atlantic is off limits. It is not the last of it. New season coming pending strike resolution. Spoiler alert hints: “BM2.0”; “posto”. In the meantime, reruns. Loop it again and again and again … —- Can I trade a concession off for a promise? Let’s make a deal, studio execs.

“W” went by Lorenzo for quite a time. I rarely attend, and he rarely worked, so I don’t know if he dropped that moniker. I know most of the guys’ names and I let on. It’s a small world after all. They don’t seem put off. It’s annoying to have to remember, say, 40 terms of address for 20 fellows. And many of them choose or are assigned pseudonyms that don’t suit their backgrounds, come across as silly, particularly when you realize they were given exactly the correct names at birth. Funny story, one guy was chatting with me as (eg, John) and related a story where he quoted a friend as saying “(eg, Samuel), you need to consider driver insurance when financing a vehicle purchase.” We both chuckled. I once reached out to Lorenzo as a favour for a fellow I met that claimed to be a wealthy surgeon. He indicated he planned to host his rich prep school friends from abroad for a bachelor party in town, as one was engaged. They wanted a housecall stripper of particular background. He turned out to be bogus and, in fact, was later taken to court on a payday loan default. When this came to light and obviously the whole plan was bull, and cancelled, Lorenzo was very good-natured about it. I’m sure they’ve seen it all. I have.

4,999/5,000 Brazilians are not murdered each year. Difficult to quantify x/5,000 consumers of male commercial sex work trade whose lives are spared. Possibly a bit south of 4,999, though controlling for the overall genpop rate. The clues and tips embedded in the media reports are certainly useful for consideration. We will undoubtedly witness again here a conflating of city safety with the risks of sexual interaction for compensation in kind. The posting of the article is and should be ‘fear porn’ relevant to the small band of punters situated in greater harm’s way.

Advice about what may connote a coded threat.
+ SirBillybob replied to + SirBillybob's topic in The Lounge
Right it’s coming to me … SNL ‘Wayne’ (and Garth). I myself have resided in “Scarberia” for a time and a sibling lived there for decades. I believe I technically gave away my maidenhood within the district boundaries, a bar pickup downtown TO and quick drive up the Don Valley. How green was my valley seeking irrigation? Very. -

I’m a bit embarrassed about unawareness of a fellow Canadian. For some reason I had Peter Sellers lodged in my head. Isn’t Mike Myers a fictional serial killer as well? Whereas Powers’ biggest crime is his wardrobe on Hallowe’en and any other given day? -
I was half joking. It would not take that long for the question “Are you forgetting something”? 😏

Well, truth calls for a liberal sprinkling of grains of iodized salt. And actually most information is processed in similar fashion, albeit a gradient of competence, across the full human spectrum. Additionally, there would be general commonality as far as capacity for enduring the dark side curves thrown at us, and what would represent a threshold of unacceptable diminished return. That is partly what makes us human and supports sympatico. I would add that I pull the least-squares linear regression to the opposite outlier pole as far as the association between person-days and lived+observed experience of the negatives. What I don’t quite grasp is the reiterated entry of a decision that seems apparently aimed at influencing others. Why would one describe a position of finality as if it were to be predictably representative of another visitor’s future city encounter? I would not consider my particular experience as competitively leaning to an opposite position on a choice binary simply because that experience lacked misfortune and was all good. My experience is not set up as contrarian perceptually or geared to disabuse others of the notion that danger and mishaps are not to be anticipated. That would contain as much a confirmation bias logic fallacy as the antithetical viewpoint. Rigidified perspectives are not all bad all the time. In an interactive open context they may spur additional content pertinent to the dynamics of perception and debate. Or, wait, maybe, who am I kidding? I can identify one long-list qualifying thought leader in this thread (I don’t get to nom or vote for myself)

You can search the monthly online digital version of the province gay ‘zine called Fugues. I’m looking at June …. 2 bars, no mention of dancers. The ‘zine is explicit about Montreal strip clubs. Decades ago when I was alpine skiing in the capital district, yes, when clubbing after slopes and naps.

Respect. Lucky for you that you are intelligent and capable of perspective. I don’t see an emoji that covers off all of the nuances but I am serving positive regard. Just get a waiter to tell the ‘occupied’ dancer you would like to say hello. Count to 10 slowly and presto. If he wasn’t already closing a deal. It’s a bro-thel. He’s not on break with the STI doctor. It’s not as if you’re shitting in the wash up bowl at Deadwood’s premier cathouse.

Did you forget the paycheque? I have occasionally lost my head and hovering ensued. Then slapped my own forehead and compensation issued to move on.
