Taipei has a handful of nice spas. I really enjoyed Mudan. Lots of handsome young men working there.
Personally I don't plan to ever return to HK, sadly. But this website lists several spas https://new.gayhk.com/index/en?area=4  I have been to Aloha a few times several years ago and always had a good massage and happy endings.
Seoul also has a few male spas.

And I'll throw out there that there seem to be about a million male massage places in Myanmar with handsome boys who have enormous cocks. But sadly, Myanmar isn't exactly visitable these days.

I see the irritation @misterhumphrieshas around therapeutic masseurs being conflated with sensual or erotic masseurs. It’s because of out dated and puritanical attitudes towards sex, and the law being an ass. 
I start from the position that there is absolutely nothing wrong with doing sex work. As long as no one is being exploited then sex work is as good as any other work. It’s a societal need, and I hope that one day society will be mature enough to recognise that.
For me, sensual or erotic massage is simply another type of massage. One should be properly informed and trained about the health risks etc, and trained to perform proper massage strokes, but ALSO be trained to massage genitals and areas that therapeutic masseurs don’t go. It’s certainly not just rub and tug. 
A great sensual masseur will understand how to give a fantastic therapeutic massage and they’ll understand how to arouse their client. It’s as much about what’s going on in their head as what’s going on in their genitals. 
In our society no one gets taught about how to get pleasure from their body, they find it by trial and error, if they find it at all. Having a sensual massage is a great step along the way to becoming a better lover.

It is very much a generational thing, as others have said. I'm 64. Group showers and being naked in the locker room were normalized from the time I would go swimming at the Y in grade school.
At the college  where I teach, when I arrived in the late 1980s students shared a locker room with staff and faculty, including a sauna in which we'd all sit naked, and open showers with posts with several shower heads on each. Students often showered and changed after P.E. classes or working out in the evening. It was normal to see students from a class I was teaching in the showers, sauna and locker room--something that would be almost unthinkable now, except for guys from the swim team walking from their locker room through the main locker room to the pool.

By the time of the covid shutdown, the sauna had died of old age and was not replaced. Someone donated a lot of money to create a new showplace of a fitness center. New student locker rooms were built with individual curtained showers, and my sense is few students change or shower unless they are using the pool. Faculty and staff use the old locker room as there is no private-shower option, everyone uses the open showers. There us much less use than before covid. 

It seems to me that the it's a combination of increased awareness that being forced to be naked in front of others is traumatizing for some kids, an awareness that there are indeed gay or lesbian people in the locker room, some of us being inappropriate with staring, the ubiquity of cell phone cameras and spy cams and photos that have been leaked/spread (imagine being in middle or high school and someone shares a photo of you naked in the locker room or shower), and the highly publicized cases of sexually predatory coaches (like Jerry Sandusky) that has led to the demise of mandatory group showers in middle and high school. And then people never get comfortable with being naked around others in a locker room the way most of us did. 

I had seen him a few times for therapeutic and went recently for the upgrade. It did not disappoint. Definitely would repeat.

Massage good... but with sooo much hype in here I was expecting something EXTRAORIDNARY, and it is not, based on my experiences getting massages.
Massage is on bed, no face cradle... so that makes it uncomfortable. He WAS not ready when I arrived, even after me telling him that I was on my way. We started late... and he ended that session without compensating for the lost time.
If you get the 300/VIP gets you full service. Not sure what you get at a lower rate...  If you like masculine guys, this is NOT your guy. Maybe my bar is too high when it comes to a great massage. And I really don't care for full service when I get a massage, I prefer a more sensual/erotic session than full service.
 

People think of SF as a big city, but with 850K people, it's a fraction of the population of NYC, Chicago, and LA. That said, the spa scene is limited to certain days of the month. Banya has a men's night on the third Tuesday of the month. It's good naked fun!

Nice young man. He’ll send you a short list of options to choose from.  Massage technique is there.  I asked for medium-hard … I mostly got medium but if I said hard pressure, he would have obliged. He has parking available…it’s ktown so that’s a good thing.  The pictures in MasseurFinder are legit.  I don’t know why the pics in RentMasseur doesn’t show his face at all.

Just a general frustration. I've encountered a handful of great guys (friends, bfs, and providers), who ended up in the throws of addiction.  If they overcome and manage to make it into recovery, they end up significantly different than before.  
Most recent is a provider who was on the wish list. He had PnP in the profile and that was always why he stayed in the wish list rather than take a chance and hire.  Sadly, a recent peak at his Twitter shows him having full-blown paranoia delusional events. CIA, FBI, CISA(actually a bit impressed that he found this agency), etc.  
Summer 2020, I reprised a caregiver role as one of my gay "dad's" partially recovered after getting lost in the bottle. He drank himself into a months/year long stupor that resulted in a rare condition that resulted in permanent brain damage. He's a shell of his former shelf.
I've been in my adult years for 27 years now. Seeing friends/loved ones go through addiction whether it be alcohol or drugs is one of the harder parts of adulthood.

I say go ahead give him a try as it looks like you have do not have much to lose by taking a plunge - of his 20 reviews, all are 5 stars and with just one 4 star review. Plus his rates are pretty competitive - $140/hr for therapeutic and $180/hr for sensual/erotic from what the users indicated they paid him. You don't see rates that low as often these days. 

Hmmm… do you miss the massage? I don’t book one of my regular masseurs as often because it is becoming more heavy on the HE than the actual massage
